Gyldigt pas eller indonesisk ID (KTP). Entrébilletter til parken betales separat på stedet i kontanter (ca. 300.000 IDR for indonesiske borgere, 500.000–700.000 IDR for internationale gæster + bidrag til rangers). Sørg for at have dine flybileter og reservationsbekræftelse ved hånden.

En 50 % depositum kræves for at bekræfte din booking. De resterende 50 % skal betales fuldt ud mindst 30 dage før afgang (H-30). Din depositum kan overføres til en ny dato, når det er muligt.
Afmeldingsfrist og servicegebyr: 31–15 dage før afgang: 25 % af totalen; 14–7 dage før: 50 %; 7 dage eller mindre: 100 %. Din 50 % depositum kan flyttes til en ny dato, når det er muligt.
Børn over 5 år opkræves fuld pris. Børn under 5 år rejser gratis. Alle børn skal hele tiden under rejsen være ledsaget af en forælder eller lovlig værge.
