We did two dives: Crystal Rock dan spot dekat Sebayur Island. Visibility di Crystal Rock around 15 meters, current moderate, perfect buat intermediate level. Crew yang handling dive ops sangat experienced, briefing-nya clear dan safety-conscious. Kabinnya bersih, toilet tidak bocor — small things tapi sangat berarti. Breakfast selalu fresh, omelette on demand. Yang sedikit kurang: tidak ada nitrox, jadi kita harus adjust dive time. Tapi overall, kapal ini lebih dari cukup buat 4 hari trip. Sunset di hari terakhir di Padar Island? Simply cinematic. Tidak terlalu crowded, kita bisa explore sendiri. Next time, maybe extend to include Wae Rebo, but Sultan Phinisi itself? 10/10 untuk dive trip.

Honeymoon di Sultan Phinisi ternyata exceeded expectation. Kita ambil honeymoon package, dan mereka prepare private dinner di deck dengan flower petals dan soft lighting — so romantic. Kapalnya antik tapi well-maintained, kayu jatinya masih solid. Spot favorit kita: Bidadari Beach, pasirnya halus banget dan airnya jernih seperti kaca. We spent the whole afternoon there, just swimming and talking. Snorkeling di Kanawa Island juga memorable, banyak turtle dan reef shark kecil. Crew sangat discreet, tidak mengganggu tapi always ready when needed. Kabin kita di upper deck, viewnya breathtaking. Satu catatan: breakfast bisa lebih variatif, kadang roti terlalu keras. Tapi overall, everything felt curated. Di malam terakhir, captain allow us to stargaze di bow — langit gelap, bintang kelihatan semua. Rasanya seperti dunia ini hanya untuk berdua. Kalau cari intimacy dan natural beauty, Sultan Phinisi is the one.

Sultan Phinisiを corporate retreat でチャーター。34名収容の割には、船内はゆったり。特にSebayur Islandの無人ビーチでの午後は、チームの緊張が溶ける瞬間でした。海水がglassyで、カヤックとSUPを出して、各自が自然と交流。夕方のBatu Bolongは、潮の流れが強い中でのダイビングで、シルバーフィッシュの群れが渦を巻いていて、まるでliving art。船内のmaster suiteは会議にも適しており、朝のlight breakfastミーティングは、最高のstart to the day。スタッフのホスピタリティは自然体で、無理がない。ただ、船内でのpower outletの位置がやや不十分で、PC作業に不便を感じたメンバーも。それでも、Kalong Islandのサンセットのシルエットをdrone shotで撮影した際のチームの歓声は、この旅の最大のROI。自然と人が調和するitinerary設計に感心。都会のリトリートとは一線を画す、true reset。

夫と二人、Sultan Phinisiでのハネムーンはまさにperfectな時間でした。12室あるので、他のゲストとも自然と距離が保たれ、プライバシーが尊重される設計。特にPadar Islandの夕暮れは、言葉を失う美しさ。登った先のビューポイントからは、3つの湾が弧を描いていて、まるで別世界。翌日はManta Pointでスノーケル。海の透明度はglassのように、巨大なマンタが頭上を静かに滑っていく様は、spiritualな体験とでも言いようがない。キャビンはnautical yet modernなインテリアで、シーリネスが伝わる。バスルームのホットシャワーも安定して出て、快適。ただ、wi-fiはほぼ機能せず、連絡が取りづらいのが正直難点。でも、それもoff-the-gridなretreatならではの特権かと。朝食のタラモサラダとフレッシュココナッツが毎日楽しみで、シェフの心遣いを感じました。4日間は少し短く、もう1 day 延ばせばよかったと後悔。次はWellness retreatで再訪したい。

Sultan Phinisi jadi venue corporate retreat untuk 12 executives dari kantor. Awalnya ragu apakah kapal sepanjang 37 meter cukup untuk meeting space, tapi ternyata deck atas disulap jadi semi-conference area dengan sound system portable. Meeting pagi sambil lihat laut biru muda di Padar Island bikin mood langsung up. Setelah itu, team building-nya fun banget — snorkeling di Kanawa Island bareng-bareng, terus ada BBQ di malam hari. Crew sangat profesional, tidak mengganggu tapi always on standby. Satu hal: meeting room agak panas karena tidak ada AC di deck, next time mungkin perlu tenda dengan fan atau pindah ke indoor salon. Tapi overall experience sangat seamless. Dinner di hari kedua diadakan di pantai kecil near Long Beach, candlelit setup-nya elegant dan intimate. Food presentation seperti fine dining, rasa tetap authentic. Banyak yang bilang ini retreat terbaik selama 5 tahun terakhir. Will definitely consider extending to 5 days next time.
