Thông tin cụ thể cho Sea Familia
Nhân viên trên Sea Familia giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh trong vận hành hàng ngày. Hướng dẫn viên tiếng Việt có thể đặt trước với phụ phí để hỗ trợ khách Việt.
Công dân Việt Nam được miễn thị thực 30 ngày tại Indonesia theo hiệp định ASEAN. Chỉ cần hộ chiếu còn hạn trên 6 tháng khi nhập cảnh.
Bay từ SGN/HAN đến Bali (DPS) mất 4-5 giờ, sau đó nối chuyến nội địa đến Labuan Bajo (LBJ) để lên tàu Sea Familia tại cảng.
Mùa khô từ tháng 4 đến 10 phù hợp nhất. Tránh trùng với Tết Nguyên Đán và 30/4 - 1/5 vì nhu cầu cao, nên đặt sớm.
Hiện Sea Familia chấp nhận thanh toán qua chuyển khoản ngân hàng, Visa và Mastercard. Momo và ZaloPay chưa được hỗ trợ trực tiếp.
Bali (WITA, UTC+8) chậm hơn Việt Nam 1 giờ. Chuyến bay từ SGN/HAN thường đến vào chiều tối, phù hợp với lịch trình lên tàu hôm sau.

Chuẩn bị & Đặt chỗ
Hộ chiếu còn hiệu lực hoặc thẻ căn cước Indonesia (KTP). Vé vào công viên được thanh toán riêng tại chỗ bằng tiền mặt (khoảng 300.000 IDR cho công dân Indonesia, 500.000–700.000 IDR cho khách quốc tế + đóng góp cho nhân viên kiểm lâm). Vui lòng giữ vé máy bay và xác nhận đặt chỗ bên mình.
An toàn là ưu tiên tuyệt đối của chúng tôi. Sea Familia được trang bị phao cứu sinh, hệ thống trụ cứu hỏa toàn diện, radio GPS/vệ tinh và thuyền nhỏ. Đội ngũ thủy thủ của chúng tôi thực hiện các cuộc diễn tập an toàn hàng quý để đảm bảo an toàn 100% cho khách VVIP.

Thanh toán đầy đủ cần thực hiện trước 30 ngày khởi hành. Các hình thức thanh toán: chuyển khoản ngân hàng nội địa đến PT. Komodo Explorer Indonesia (BCA), PayPal, thẻ tín dụng hoặc tiền mặt.
Mặc dù không bắt buộc, chúng tôi rất khuyến khích mua bảo hiểm du lịch toàn diện để đảm bảo sự an tâm tuyệt đối trong suốt hành trình Komodo theo yêu cầu của bạn.

Dịch vụ ăn uống trọn gói: ba bữa ăn hàng ngày được đầu bếp trên tàu chế biến tươi mới, nước khoáng, trà, cà phê, trái cây nhiệt đới, nước ép và đồ ăn nhẹ không giới hạn.
Ăn chay, halal, thuần chay, không gluten? Chỉ cần cho chúng tôi biết — chúng tôi sẽ vui vẻ đáp ứng.
Hoạt động và an toàn
Đi bộ đường dài theo hướng dẫn để ngắm rồng, lặn ngắm san hô với thiết bị cao cấp, leo đồi ngắm bình minh, chạm mặt cá đuối manta, dã ngoại trên bãi biển — được lựa chọn kỹ lưỡng để tạo nên trải nghiệm tuyệt vời.
Phao cứu sinh (kể cả cỡ trẻ em), xuồng cứu sinh, GPS, radio, hệ thống chữa cháy và thuyền phụ luôn sẵn sàng.
Chăm sóc thiên đường
Sử dụng kem chống nắng an toàn cho san hô, tuân thủ hướng dẫn của hướng dẫn viên, ngắm nhìn động vật hoang dã từ khoảng cách tôn trọng và chỉ để lại dấu chân.
Chính sách đặt chỗ linh hoạt 2026
Yêu cầu đặt cọc 50% để xác nhận đặt chỗ. Số dư còn lại 50% phải được thanh toán đầy đủ ít nhất 30 ngày trước ngày khởi hành (H-30). Tiền cọc của bạn có thể được chuyển sang ngày mới nếu có thể.
Thời gian thông báo và phí dịch vụ: 31–15 ngày trước ngày khởi hành: 25% tổng số tiền; 14–7 ngày trước: 50%; 7 ngày hoặc ít hơn: 100%. Tiền cọc 50% của bạn có thể được chuyển sang ngày mới nếu có thể.
Trẻ em trên 5 tuổi phải trả giá đầy đủ. Trẻ em dưới 5 tuổi được đi miễn phí. Tất cả trẻ em phải luôn được cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ hợp pháp đi kèm trong suốt hành trình.

Mẹo cuối cùng và liên hệ

다이빙 팀 8명과 함께한 Sea Familia의 4박 다이빙 itineray는 기대 이상이었다. Manta Point에서의 드론 샷은 나중에 클럽 전시용으로 쓰기로 했고, Taka Makassar의 청정 수심은 visibility 30m를 기록했다. 25미터 길이의 이 phinisi는 좁지 않으면서도 그룹 간 정서적 유대를 자연스럽게 만들어주는 layout이 인상적이었다. 객실은 6개지만 우리 팀은 8명이어서 더블 베드 룸 하나를 공용 라운지처럼 썼는데, 승무원이 즉각 조정해 프라이버시를 해치지 않도록 해줘 고마웠다. 식사는 전통 인도네시아 요리 기반에 코셔 옵션이 가능하다고 해서 유대인 동료도 불편 없이 즐겼다. 한 가지 희망한다면, 마지막 날 Pink Beach에서의 해변 바비큐를 하루 더 했으면 하는 아쉬움이 남는다. 그래도 Komodo Island에서의 뱀독 도마뱀 관찰 투어는 생애 단 한 번의 기회였고, 전체 익스피리언스는 'perfect'라 말할 수밖에 없다.

Провели на борту Sea Familia неделю с женой — babymoon после трёх лет без отпуска. Выбрали этот phinisi не ради гонки по точкам, а за атмосферу: 25 метров длины, но ощущение, будто весь парк — наш частный. Капитан предложил мягкий itinerary: три дня у Sebayur Island, где вода как в аквариуме, и переход на Long Beach к закату. Ночевали на якоре, с палубы — drone shot получился как из National Geographic. Кабины — все light и air flow продуманы. Наша master suite с полукруглым иллюминатором, утром просыпаться под лёгкую качку — состояние near perfect. Экипаж чувствует границы: есть, но не навязывается. Еда — свежий тунец с уловом дня, рис с кокосом, тропические фрукты каждый день. Мелкий минус: Wi-Fi слабый, но, честно, мы быстро перестали искать сигнал. Хотелось бы ещё один день — вернулись в Москву с ощущением, что не до конца отключились. Но, возможно, это и есть смысл: лёгкое чувство незавершённости, как повод вернуться. Sea Familia не кричит о luxury, он его подаёт тихо — через внимание к деталям, не через глянец.

اختار زوجي وانا Sea Familia لـ babymoon، وربما كانت أفضل قرار اتخذناه. الهدوء على متن القارب، خصوصاً في Long Beach حيث لم يكن هناك أحد غيرنا، أعطانا مساحة نادرة للاتصال ببعض. الكابتن عرف كيف يوازن بين الخصوصية والرعاية – الإفطار يُقدّم في الوقت الذي نريده، والعشاء على نغمة موسيقى هادئة. master suite مصمم بذكاء: سرير كبير، نوافذ مفتوحة على البحر، وحمام داخلي مع دش مطري. الطاقم قدم عصيرات طبيعية يومياً، ووجبات خفيفة تناسب حالتنا. خلال زيارتنا لـ Pink Beach، التقطت drone shot حفظته كذات تذكار. لم أشعر بالملل لحظة، رغم أنني عادة أحب الحركة. أتمنى فقط أن يكون هناك خيار لتمديد الرحلة لـ 6 أيام – 4 أيام كانت مثالية لكن قصيرة قليلاً. التجربة كلها كانت smooth، خالية من التوتر، وتناسب تماماً هذه المرحلة الخاصة.

Meine Fotoreise auf der Sea Familia war pure Perfektion
Als passionierte Naturfotografin suchte ich ein authentisches, aber stilvolles Setting für meine Komodo-Nationalpark Expedition – und die Sea Familia hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Mischung aus traditionellem phinisi-Design und modernem Luxus, etwa in der master suite mit direktem Meerblick, war genau das richtige Gleichgewicht. Unvergesslich war Batu Bolong bei Sonnenaufgang: das Licht brach durch den Morgennebel, während Manta-Rochen im kristallklaren Wasser tanzten. Ich habe mit meiner Kamera und dem drone shot vom Achterdeck ein paar meiner besten Naturbilder eingefangen. Auch Gili Lawa war beeindruckend – die Farben der Riffzonen, die Vögel, die Luft; alles so scharf und klar. Die Crew war leise, effizient, fast intuitiv – sie wusste, wann man da ist und wann man verschwindet. Lediglich das WiFi ließ zu wünschen übrig; für meine Post-Processing-Backups hätte etwas mehr Bandbreite geholfen. Aber das ist Klagen auf hohem Niveau. Die itinerary war gut durchdacht, mit ausreichend Freiraum für spontane Stopps. Als solo traveler fühlte ich mich nie allein, aber auch nie beobachtet. Die Balance zwischen Privatsphäre und Gemeinschaft auf dem 25-Meter-Deck war meisterhaft. Einzig: Ich hätte gerne einen Tag mehr in Sebayur verbracht – dieses Riff verdient mehr Zeit.

Ultimate dive escape with friends
Our dive squad dari Medan booked Sea Familia for a reunion trip — and wow, what a success. Six of us in premium cabins, all ensuite dan private. Planejei essa friends getaway com critério: grupo seleto, destino remoto, conforto impecável. O Sea Familia entregou tudo, e mais. Com 13 pessoas no máximo, cabemos como um grupo de oito, o que garantiu privacidade em cada cabine. Em Padar Island, fizemos o trekking ao amanhecer — a vista é literalmente de tirar o fôlego, e o staff montou um breakfast picnic com details que impressionam: pães artesanais, café single origin, até guardanapos de linho. O bar onboard tem um sommelier que entende de blends bold, e o sunset no deck, com um Negroni gelado, virou ritual. Pink Beach foi surreal — águas em degradê de turquesa e rosa natural. O único ponto: gostaria de mais um dia náutico; dois dias inteiros em alto-mar deram uma sensação de imersão total, mas queríamos mais. O design do phinisi, com madeira de jati envelhecida e detalhes em cobre, traz uma autenticidade que poucos yachts conseguem. Uma experiência de slow travel com toques de modern luxury.

Como fotógrafa de natureza, escolhi o Sea Familia para uma expedição focada em Komodo’s untouched beauty — e foi a decisão mais acertada. O layout do deck principal é ideal para gear setup, com espaço suficiente para tripés, drone e luzes. Em Padar Island, acordamos às 4h30 para capturar o golden hour — o capitão nos deixou em um spot exclusivo, quase no topo da trilha. O esforço valeu: aquele drone shot da paisagem em forma de leque, com o mar turquesa ao fundo, já foi destaque no meu último editorial. Também paramos em Manta Point, onde mergulhamos com mantas por quase 40 minutos. A cabine, embora compacta, é super bem projetada — amei o espelho com iluminação soft e o sistema blackout perfeito para descanso profundo. Só senti falta de um rinse tank maior para os equipamentos de mergulho; o grupo de 6 precisou dividir. Mas isso é detalhe. O serviço é five-star: café na cabine todas as manhãs, toalhas geladas após os hikes, e um sundowner bar com gin artesanal. Foi mais que um itinerary — foi uma imersão sensorial.

We spent a full day exploring Komodo Island with our ranger, then cooled off at Long Beach with chilled coconut. Честно? Я боялась, что luxury-яхты в Индонезии — это просто громкое название без сути. Но Sea Familia сразу выбила все сомнения. Мы с мужем отмечали годовщину, и это был не просто отпуск — это был настоящий cinematic experience. С первого момента на борту почувствовали, что crew знает, что делает: master suite с видом на океан, завтрак под легкий бриз у Gili Lawa… Боже, как красиво! Видели мант у Manta Point — эмоции зашкаливали. Особенно впечатлил drone shot, который снял один из crew: позже поделились в сторис, и все спрашивали, где мы. Отдельно хочется отметить еду — свежий sea bass с трюфелями, божественный! Единственный минус — Wi-Fi слабоват, но, честно, это даже плюс: заставил отключиться от рутины.
