Thông tin cụ thể cho Segara Liveaboard
Thuyền trưởng và thủy thủ đoàn chính sử dụng tiếng Anh trong vận hành hàng ngày. Hướng dẫn viên nói tiếng Việt có thể đặt trước với phụ phí để hỗ trợ khách Việt.
Công dân Việt Nam được miễn thị thực vào Indonesia trong 30 ngày theo hiệp định ASEAN, đủ thời gian cho chuyến đi Segara Liveaboard từ Labuan Bajo.
Bay từ SGN/HAN đến Bali (DPS) mất 4–5 giờ, sau đó nối chuyến nội địa đến Labuan Bajo (LBJ) để lên tàu Segara Liveaboard.
Mùa khô từ tháng 5 đến tháng 10 là lý tưởng. Nên đặt sớm trước Tết Nguyên Đán hoặc Quốc Khánh 2/9 do nhu cầu cao từ khách Việt.
Hiện tại Segara Liveaboard chấp nhận Visa, Mastercard và chuyển khoản ngân hàng. Momo và ZaloPay chưa được hỗ trợ trực tiếp.
Bali (UTC+8) nhanh hơn Việt Nam 1 giờ. Hành khách từ SGN/HAN sẽ điều chỉnh nhẹ múi giờ khi bay đến DPS trước khi tới Labuan Bajo.
Segara Liveaboard phục vụ lựa chọn chay và xử lý yêu cầu dị ứng nếu thông báo trước. Bếp chuyên nghiệp chuẩn bị món ăn an toàn theo nhu cầu.
Chuẩn bị & Đặt chỗ
Hộ chiếu còn hiệu lực hoặc thẻ căn cước Indonesia (KTP). Vé vào công viên được thanh toán riêng tại chỗ bằng tiền mặt (khoảng 300.000 IDR cho công dân Indonesia, 500.000–700.000 IDR cho khách quốc tế + đóng góp cho nhân viên kiểm lâm). Vui lòng giữ vé máy bay và xác nhận đặt chỗ bên mình.

Hoạt động và an toàn
Đi bộ đường dài theo hướng dẫn để ngắm rồng, lặn ngắm san hô với thiết bị cao cấp, leo đồi ngắm bình minh, chạm mặt cá đuối manta, dã ngoại trên bãi biển — được lựa chọn kỹ lưỡng để tạo nên trải nghiệm tuyệt vời.
Phao cứu sinh (kể cả cỡ trẻ em), xuồng cứu sinh, GPS, radio, hệ thống chữa cháy và thuyền phụ luôn sẵn sàng.
Chăm sóc thiên đường
Sử dụng kem chống nắng an toàn cho san hô, tuân thủ hướng dẫn của hướng dẫn viên, ngắm nhìn động vật hoang dã từ khoảng cách tôn trọng và chỉ để lại dấu chân.
Chính sách đặt chỗ linh hoạt 2026
Yêu cầu đặt cọc 50% để xác nhận đặt chỗ. Số dư còn lại 50% phải được thanh toán đầy đủ ít nhất 30 ngày trước ngày khởi hành (H-30). Tiền cọc của bạn có thể được chuyển sang ngày mới nếu có thể.
Thời gian thông báo và phí dịch vụ: 31–15 ngày trước ngày khởi hành: 25% tổng số tiền; 14–7 ngày trước: 50%; 7 ngày hoặc ít hơn: 100%. Tiền cọc 50% của bạn có thể được chuyển sang ngày mới nếu có thể.

I’ve sailed Southeast Asia for years, but Segara Liveaboard impressed with its restraint. No over-the-top decor, no forced entertainment—just thoughtful details. Our dive at Castle Rock was exceptional: strong current, visibility like glass, and a guide who knew the site’s rhythms. Later, we anchored at Bidadari Beach, where the white sand curved into a mirror-calm bay. The yacht’s design favors natural materials—polished wood, woven textiles—and the open deck layout invites lounging without crowding. The crew moved with quiet efficiency; breakfast appeared just as the sun cleared the horizon. My only note: a stronger Wi-Fi signal would help for uploading dive logs, though I admit the disconnection was part of the appeal. On our final morning, we swam at Pink Beach, the sand’s coral hue glowing underfoot. Segara doesn’t dazzle—it deepens.

Kanawa’daki kumsalda drone shot çektik, suyu gerçekten ‘pink’ tonlarında yansıtıyordu — Instagram için değil, hatıra olarak sakladık. Ekibin bilgisi de impressive: özellikle dive master, çocuklu aileler için bile güvenli girişleri biliyor, biz olmasak da gözlemledik. Cabins are acoustically isolated—rare on phinisis—so sleep was uninterrupted. One suggestion: a slightly larger selection of dive accessories (lenses, focus lights) for advanced macro shooters.
