Thuyền trưởng và thủy thủ đoàn giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh. Hướng dẫn viên tiếng Việt có thể đặt trước với phụ phí, giúp du khách Việt dễ dàng tương tác trong suốt hành trình.
Bay từ SGN/HAN đến Bali (DPS) mất 4-5 giờ, sau đó nối chuyến nội địa đến Labuan Bajo (LBJ). Behike Phinisi đón khách tại cảng LBJ sau khi hoàn tất thủ tục bay.
Công dân Việt Nam được miễn thị thực 30 ngày tại Indonesia theo hiệp định ASEAN. Chỉ cần hộ chiếu còn hiệu lực, không cần xin trước để lên Behike Phinisi.
