Thông tin cụ thể cho Mutiara Cruise
Thuyền trưởng và thủy thủ đoàn chính sử dụng tiếng Anh trong vận hành hàng ngày. Hướng dẫn viên nói tiếng Việt có thể đặt trước với phụ phí để hỗ trợ khách Việt.
Công dân Việt Nam được miễn thị thực 30 ngày tại Indonesia theo hiệp định ASEAN, đủ thời gian cho chuyến đi đến Labuan Bajo và hành trình trên Mutiara Cruise.
Chuyến bay từ SGN hoặc HAN đến Bali (DPS) mất 4–5 giờ, sau đó nối chuyến nội địa đến Labuan Bajo (LBJ) để lên tàu Mutiara Cruise.
Hiện tại Mutiara Cruise chấp nhận Visa, Mastercard và chuyển khoản ngân hàng. Các ví như Momo hay ZaloPay chưa được hỗ trợ trực tiếp.
Mùa khô từ tháng 4 đến tháng 10 là lý tưởng cho hành trình Komodo, trùng với kỳ nghỉ 30/4 hoặc Quốc Khánh 2/9 hơn là Tết, khi thời tiết thường mưa.
Với 10 cabin và sức chứa 28 khách, Mutiara Cruise phù hợp cho các gia đình lớn. Một số hành trình có hoạt động giải trí an toàn cho trẻ em.
Mutiara Cruise chuẩn bị được món chay, halal và xử lý dị ứng thực phẩm nếu thông báo trước, đảm bảo trải nghiệm ẩm thực phù hợp cho khách Việt.
Chuẩn bị & Đặt chỗ
Hộ chiếu còn hiệu lực hoặc thẻ căn cước Indonesia (KTP). Vé vào công viên được thanh toán riêng tại chỗ bằng tiền mặt (khoảng 300.000 IDR cho công dân Indonesia, 500.000–700.000 IDR cho khách quốc tế + đóng góp cho nhân viên kiểm lâm). Vui lòng giữ vé máy bay và xác nhận đặt chỗ bên mình.
An toàn là ưu tiên tuyệt đối của chúng tôi. Mutiara Cruise được trang bị phao cứu sinh, hệ thống trụ cứu hỏa toàn diện, radio GPS/vệ tinh và thuyền nhỏ. Đội ngũ thủy thủ của chúng tôi thực hiện các cuộc diễn tập an toàn hàng quý để đảm bảo an toàn 100% cho khách VVIP.

Mặc dù không bắt buộc, chúng tôi rất khuyến khích mua bảo hiểm du lịch toàn diện để đảm bảo sự an tâm tuyệt đối trong suốt hành trình Komodo theo yêu cầu của bạn.
Dép đi bộ đường dài, kem chống nắng an toàn cho san hô, mũ, kính râm, đồ bơi, thuốc cá nhân, pin sạc dự phòng và túi du lịch mềm (không khuyến khích vali cứng).
Có – dịch vụ đón và trả miễn phí tại sân bay/khách sạn ở Labuan Bajo cho mọi gói dịch vụ.

Đảo Padar, rồng Komodo, Bãi biển Hồng, Điểm Manta, Taka Makassar, Đảo Kanawa, cùng những điểm đến thú vị như Đảo Rinca và Gili Lawa.
Chuyến đi thoải mái từ 1–3 giờ, để bạn có nhiều thời gian tận hưởng khung cảnh đại dương vô tận.

Hành trình ẩm thực
Dịch vụ ăn uống trọn gói: ba bữa ăn hàng ngày được đầu bếp trên tàu chế biến tươi mới, nước khoáng, trà, cà phê, trái cây nhiệt đới, nước ép và đồ ăn nhẹ không giới hạn.
Ăn chay, halal, thuần chay, không gluten? Chỉ cần cho chúng tôi biết — chúng tôi sẽ vui vẻ đáp ứng.
Hoạt động và an toàn
Đi bộ đường dài theo hướng dẫn để ngắm rồng, lặn ngắm san hô với thiết bị cao cấp, leo đồi ngắm bình minh, chạm mặt cá đuối manta, dã ngoại trên bãi biển — được lựa chọn kỹ lưỡng để tạo nên trải nghiệm tuyệt vời.
Phao cứu sinh (kể cả cỡ trẻ em), xuồng cứu sinh, GPS, radio, hệ thống chữa cháy và thuyền phụ luôn sẵn sàng.
Chăm sóc thiên đường
Sử dụng kem chống nắng an toàn cho san hô, tuân thủ hướng dẫn của hướng dẫn viên, ngắm nhìn động vật hoang dã từ khoảng cách tôn trọng và chỉ để lại dấu chân.
Chính sách đặt chỗ linh hoạt 2026
Yêu cầu đặt cọc 50% để xác nhận đặt chỗ. Số dư còn lại 50% phải được thanh toán đầy đủ ít nhất 30 ngày trước ngày khởi hành (H-30). Tiền cọc của bạn có thể được chuyển sang ngày mới nếu có thể.
Thời gian thông báo và phí dịch vụ: 31–15 ngày trước ngày khởi hành: 25% tổng số tiền; 14–7 ngày trước: 50%; 7 ngày hoặc ít hơn: 100%. Tiền cọc 50% của bạn có thể được chuyển sang ngày mới nếu có thể.
Trẻ em trên 5 tuổi phải trả giá đầy đủ. Trẻ em dưới 5 tuổi được đi miễn phí. Tất cả trẻ em phải luôn được cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ hợp pháp đi kèm trong suốt hành trình.
Dịch vụ bổ sung độc quyền
Dịch vụ chụp ảnh và quay phim chuyên nghiệp (một số hành trình), gói lặn PADI, giấy phép bay drone được sắp xếp trước, trạm sạc trên tàu.
Mẹo cuối cùng và liên hệ
Mang theo tiền mặt (IDR) để trả phí công viên và tiền cảm ơn tùy chọn cho thủy thủ đoàn; đến sớm một ngày tại Labuan Bajo; nên mang theo thuốc chống say tàu xe; thường có chỗ trống đặt sát giờ, đến 24 giờ trước khi khởi hành.

Tôi đi chuyến 4 ngày trên Mutiara Cruise như một phần của photography expedition, và thật sự nó vượt quá kỳ vọng. Là nhiếp ảnh gia chuyên về thiên nhiên, tôi cần một itinerary linh hoạt – và đội ngũ đã sắp xếp thời gian lý tưởng ở Manta Point và Taka Makassar, hai điểm chụp underwater tuyệt vời. Buổi sáng ở Taka Makassar, khi ánh nắng xuyên xuống rạn san hô với đàn cá đuối lượn vòng, là một master shot không thể mua bằng tiền. Phòng tôi – một master suite hướng biển – yên tĩnh, thiết kế gỗ trầm ấm rất phinisi truyền thống nhưng vẫn có đủ tiện nghi modern như AC mạnh và minibar đầy đủ. Crew phục vụ nhẹ nhàng, không làm phiền, nhưng luôn có mặt khi cần. Tôi đánh giá cao sự tinh tế trong chi tiết – từ bữa sáng kiểu Việt nhẹ với cháo hành đến evening cocktail trên sundeck. Một điểm nhỏ: wifi rất yếu, nhưng thực ra tôi cũng không cần nhiều – ra giữa biển ai mà muốn inbox cơ chứ. Điều tôi tiếc duy nhất là chỉ book 4 ngày, trong khi cảm thấy ít nhất 5-6 ngày mới tận hưởng hết vẻ wild beauty của Komodo. Nếu có dịp quay lại cho một babymoon, chắc chắn tôi sẽ chọn lại Mutiara Cruise – nhưng lần sau, book dài hơn một chút.

Still, the pace allowed us to swim with reef sharks near Sebayur without haste, a moment of quiet exhilaration. The galley’s miso-glazed snapper, paired with a crisp Albariño, was a highlight. Die Mutiara Cruise war die perfekte Wahl für unseren Friends Getaway – acht aus unserer Clique, alle über 40, auf der Suche nach etwas Ruhe mit Stil. Von Manjarite bis Sebayur Island fühlte sich die gesamte Experience wie ein sanftes Aufatmen an. Die Master Suite im Hauptdeck bietet nicht nur atemberaubenden Sunset-Blick, sondern auch genug Privatsphäre, wenn man mal nicht im Infinity-Pool oder beim Sundowner an Deck sein möchte. Das Design ist kein überladenes Luxus-Statement, sondern reduziert, mit viel Teak und natürlichem Licht – sehr nordisch interpretiert, trotz indonesischer Wurzeln. Der Service war präzise, nie aufdringlich. Lediglich das WiFi ließ uns etwas im Stich – kein Drama, aber für eine, die halb im Remote-Work bleibt, wäre ein stabiler Zugang wünschenswert. Die Crew organisierte spontan eine private BBQ-Session auf Taka Makassar, inklusive frischem Coconut Ice und einem spontanen Drone Shot, den wir jetzt als Digital Art im Flur haben. Was bleibt? Die Gelassenheit, mit der die Zeit hier vergeht. Kein überkandidelter Itinerary, sondern Raum für spontane Snorkel-Trips oder einfach nur Lesen unter dem Bimini Top. Hätten gerne einen Tag mehr gehabt – 5 Nächte wären ideal.

We verlieten Bali met een zekere mate van scepticisme — wellness retreats kunnen al snel kitscherig worden — maar de Mutiara Cruise overtuigde met subtiele elegantie. Tijdens onze 4-daagse retreat, georganiseerd voor een kleine groep professionals uit Amsterdam, voelde de 47 meter lange phinisi meer als een zwevend wellness sanctuary dan een boot. De master suite aan bakboord had een heerlijk kingsize bed en de open-air bathroom was een genot ’s morgens na yoga op het achterdek. Onze itinerary bracht ons naar Gili Lawa voor een early morning snorkel — het water kristalhelder, vol met turtles en small reef sharks — gevolgd door een slow-paced lunch aan dek met light bites en fresh coconut. Laat in de middag ankerden we bij Long Beach, waar het zand werkelijk fluweelachtig is. We hebben daar een drone shot gemaakt die later als wallpaper diende — simpelweg perfect. Misschien een dag langer — vijf dagen in plaats van vier — zou meer time geven om echt los te laten. For our anniversary, we sought beauty without performance. The Mutiara Cruise provided just that. The passage to Sebayur Island was smooth, the sea flat as hammered silver. We spent the morning snorkelling above coral gardens—angelfish, clownfish, the occasional turtle. In the afternoon, a guided walk on Rinca offered sightings of Komodo dragons, yes, but also the subtler things: monitor tracks in the dust, the call of coucals in the undergrowth. The yacht’s interiors were calm—light wood, neutral tones, no visual clutter. Our steward remembered how we took our tea. Dinner was served al fresco, grilled mahi-mahi with a tamarind glaze. The only minor issue: the cabin’s fan had a slight wobble, noticeable at night. But it was a small thing, quickly reported and noted. For my 40th birthday, I booked Mutiara Cruise bareng five closest friends. We wanted something luxurious tapi tetap adventure, and this delivered. Hari pertama langsung snorkeling di Crystal Rock — the coral visibility was insane, ikan-ikan warna-warni berenang begitu dekat. Batu Bolong juga exciting karena current-nya strong, perfect for experienced swimmers. The staff arranged a surprise birthday cake with sparklers on deck, plus our favorite Indonesian songs playlist. Feels seperti private yacht milik sendiri. Kabin kami luas, king bed dengan linen premium, dan AC-nya powerful banget — penting karena siang hari cukup panas. Satu-satunya wish: lebih banyak activity options di Rinca Island, maybe a guided trek with ranger yang lebih personalized. Overall, best gift I’ve given myself.
