Thông tin cụ thể cho Zada Ulla Liveaboard
Thuyền trưởng và thủy thủ đoàn chính giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh. Hướng dẫn viên tiếng Việt có thể đặt trước với phụ phí, phù hợp cho nhóm khách Việt.
Công dân Việt Nam được miễn visa vào Indonesia trong 30 ngày theo hiệp định ASEAN, đủ thời gian cho chuyến đi Zada Ulla Liveaboard.
Bay từ SGN/HAN đến Bali (DPS) mất 4–5 giờ, sau đó nối chuyến nội địa đến Labuan Bajo (LBJ) để lên tàu Zada Ulla Liveaboard.
Mùa cao điểm từ tháng 5–10, phù hợp sau dịp Tết Nguyên Đán hoặc trước 30/4–1/5. Tránh tháng 7–8 vì cạnh tranh kỳ nghỉ Quốc Khánh.
Hiện tại chúng tôi chấp nhận Visa, Mastercard và chuyển khoản ngân hàng. Momo và ZaloPay chưa hỗ trợ thanh toán trực tiếp cho Zada Ulla Liveaboard.
Zada Ulla Liveaboard nhận tối đa 30 khách trên 12 cabin, thích hợp cho gia đình. Trẻ em nên trên 10 tuổi để tận hưởng hành trình tốt hơn.
Hướng dẫn viên tiếng Việt đặt trước có phụ phí. Tàu phục vụ ăn kiêng: chay, halal, và xử lý dị ứng thực phẩm theo yêu cầu.
Chuẩn bị & Đặt chỗ
Hộ chiếu còn hiệu lực hoặc thẻ căn cước Indonesia (KTP). Vé vào công viên được thanh toán riêng tại chỗ bằng tiền mặt (khoảng 300.000 IDR cho công dân Indonesia, 500.000–700.000 IDR cho khách quốc tế + đóng góp cho nhân viên kiểm lâm). Vui lòng giữ vé máy bay và xác nhận đặt chỗ bên mình.
An toàn là ưu tiên tuyệt đối của chúng tôi. Zada Ulla Liveaboard được trang bị phao cứu sinh, hệ thống trụ cứu hỏa toàn diện, radio GPS/vệ tinh và thuyền nhỏ. Đội ngũ thủy thủ của chúng tôi thực hiện các cuộc diễn tập an toàn hàng quý để đảm bảo an toàn 100% cho khách VVIP.

Mặc dù không bắt buộc, chúng tôi rất khuyến khích mua bảo hiểm du lịch toàn diện để đảm bảo sự an tâm tuyệt đối trong suốt hành trình Komodo theo yêu cầu của bạn.
Dép đi bộ đường dài, kem chống nắng an toàn cho san hô, mũ, kính râm, đồ bơi, thuốc cá nhân, pin sạc dự phòng và túi du lịch mềm (không khuyến khích vali cứng).

Chuyến đi thoải mái từ 1–3 giờ, để bạn có nhiều thời gian tận hưởng khung cảnh đại dương vô tận.

Hành trình ẩm thực
Dịch vụ ăn uống trọn gói: ba bữa ăn hàng ngày được đầu bếp trên tàu chế biến tươi mới, nước khoáng, trà, cà phê, trái cây nhiệt đới, nước ép và đồ ăn nhẹ không giới hạn.
Ăn chay, halal, thuần chay, không gluten? Chỉ cần cho chúng tôi biết — chúng tôi sẽ vui vẻ đáp ứng.
Hoạt động và an toàn
Đi bộ đường dài theo hướng dẫn để ngắm rồng, lặn ngắm san hô với thiết bị cao cấp, leo đồi ngắm bình minh, chạm mặt cá đuối manta, dã ngoại trên bãi biển — được lựa chọn kỹ lưỡng để tạo nên trải nghiệm tuyệt vời.
Phao cứu sinh (kể cả cỡ trẻ em), xuồng cứu sinh, GPS, radio, hệ thống chữa cháy và thuyền phụ luôn sẵn sàng.
Chăm sóc thiên đường
Sử dụng kem chống nắng an toàn cho san hô, tuân thủ hướng dẫn của hướng dẫn viên, ngắm nhìn động vật hoang dã từ khoảng cách tôn trọng và chỉ để lại dấu chân.
Chính sách đặt chỗ linh hoạt 2026
Yêu cầu đặt cọc 50% để xác nhận đặt chỗ. Số dư còn lại 50% phải được thanh toán đầy đủ ít nhất 30 ngày trước ngày khởi hành (H-30). Tiền cọc của bạn có thể được chuyển sang ngày mới nếu có thể.
Thời gian thông báo và phí dịch vụ: 31–15 ngày trước ngày khởi hành: 25% tổng số tiền; 14–7 ngày trước: 50%; 7 ngày hoặc ít hơn: 100%. Tiền cọc 50% của bạn có thể được chuyển sang ngày mới nếu có thể.
Trẻ em trên 5 tuổi phải trả giá đầy đủ. Trẻ em dưới 5 tuổi được đi miễn phí. Tất cả trẻ em phải luôn được cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ hợp pháp đi kèm trong suốt hành trình.

Dịch vụ chụp ảnh và quay phim chuyên nghiệp (một số hành trình), gói lặn PADI, giấy phép bay drone được sắp xếp trước, trạm sạc trên tàu.

Escolhemos o Zada Ulla Liveaboard para nosso babymoon, e foi a decisão mais acertada. A master suite é ampla, com iluminação suave e um deck privativo que virou nosso refúgio ao pôr do sol. Em Manta Point, tivemos o privilégio de ver três mantas nadando em círculos, quase como um ritual. A equipe antecipou cada necessidade, com atenção discreta que só mesmo um serviço verdadeiramente personalizado consegue entregar. O café da manhã com frutas tropicais e tapioca artesanal foi um detalhe que marcou. O único ponto? Als Fotografin schätze ich Komposition und Licht, und die Route von Sebayur Island nach Kanawa Island bot atemberaubende Farbverläufe im Wasser, besonders am späten Nachmittag. Der Sunset von der upper deck mit einem Gin Tonic in der Hand war pure Serenity – fast schon cinematic. Unser master suite Cabin war weit mehr als erwartet: High-thread-count Bettwäsche, indonesisches Teakholz, und eine Dusche mit constant hot water, was auf einem Phinisi-Yacht nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Frühstück à la carte – Avocado toast mit local crab, dazu frisch gepresster kaffee – hat den Tag perfekt gestartet. Die Crew antizipiert Wünsche, ohne zu beobachten zu wirken. Einzig der wifi signal war etwas schwach – kein Problem für mich, aber mein Partner musste mehrmals offline gehen, was ihn zunächst störte. Doch nach zwei Tagen gab auch er zu: Das digitale Detox war Teil des experience. Die dive group, mit der wir zeitweise unterwegs waren, schwärmte von Crystal Rock – technisch anspruchsvoll, aber spektakulär für macro shots. Wir selbst blieben lieber im flachen bei Pink Beach, wo das Licht durch die rosenfarbenen Korngesteine bricht und einen einzigartigen hue erzeugt. Die balance zwischen activity und stillness war exakt richtig dosiert.
