Ya, kapten dan seluruh kru sehari-hari menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia. Operasional dasar bisa dilakukan dalam bahasa Inggris, namun komunikasi utama di kapal menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia.
Tamu umumnya terbang dari CGK/SUB ke Bali (DPS) selama 1,5-3 jam, lalu lanjut ke Labuan Bajo (LBJ). Boarding Zada Ulla Liveaboard dilakukan setelah tiba di LBJ.
Tidak, WNI tidak memerlukan visa untuk perjalanan domestik. Cukup bawa KTP atau paspor sebagai identitas saat boarding di Labuan Bajo.
Musim terbaik adalah April–Oktober, hindari Lebaran, Natal, dan Tahun Baru karena tinggi permintaan dan harga peak season di seluruh destinasi Bali-Nusa Tenggara.
Kami menerima transfer bank (BCA, Mandiri), QRIS, e-wallet (GoPay/OVO/DANA), serta kartu kredit Visa/Mastercard untuk deposit dan pelunasan.
