Explore the magical islands you will visit aboard Komodo Surga Bahari Speed Boat. Each stop offers a unique adventure from pink beaches to dragon encounters.
KELOR ISLAND
Ancient sailors called it "The Guardian." Dutch colonials built watchtowers on its crown. Local legend says it's a giant sea turtle turned to stone. A 20-minute climb rewards you with 360° views of dragon territories. The coral gardens below hide patrolling sea turtles in crystal shallows.
MANJERITE
Every sunset, tens of thousands of flying foxes launch from mangroves, creating a black river across orange skies. Ancient sea nomads believed these bats carried souls to the afterlife. Watch from your deck at 17:30. The sky will erupt. You'll forget to breathe.
PADAR ISLAND
Three crescent bays—turquoise, cobalt, jade—curve around dragon-spine ridges. Legend says a dragon princess died here protecting her brothers. Her body became the ridgeline. Her tears became three seas. The 30-minute climb is ruthless, but every explorer says: "I can die now."
PINK BEACH
One of only seven pink beaches on Earth. Microscopic red coral creates a rose-gold blush. Sailors once feared it was cursed by dragon blood. The reef drops from knee-deep to 50 meters—turtles, reef sharks, and octopi patrol waters so clear you'll think you're dreaming.
KOMODO ISLAND
Ground zero. The throne. Komodo dragons—largest lizards on Earth, unchanged for 4 million years. They sprint 20 km/h, kill with venom-laced bites. Trek with armed rangers. Watch them sun like kings. Feel evolution stare back. This isn't a zoo. It's their Kingdom
TAKA MAKASSAR
A sandbar that emerges at low tide, then disappears beneath waves. Sea nomads called it "Ghost Island"—a resting place for ocean spirits. Stand in the middle of the ocean with ankle-deep water. Snorkel where the island vanishes. Your private Maldives, but only for 2 hours.
MANTA POINT
A submerged pinnacle where currents collide, creating a cleaning station for manta rays with 7-meter wingspans. Divers call them "Royal Stingrays"—reincarnated ocean kings. The taboo: look, never touch. Watch them barrel-roll beneath you. Swimming with mantas IS your bucket list.
GILI LAWA
Twin islands—Lawa Darat and Lawa Laut—frame the golden highway between sky and sea. Ancient traders navigated by these peaks. At sunrise, watch the world ignite from savannah ridges. At sunset, the sky bleeds into three shades of fire. The 30-minute trek is steep, but the 360° view makes kings jealous.
SLABA ISLAND
Slaba rises like a fortress from deep blue—a volcanic dome crowned with savannah where white-bellied sea eagles hunt. Bajo fishermen call it "Pulau Rajawali" (Eagle Island), believing the birds are guardians of hidden treasures below. Dive the walls where currents deliver big fish, sharks, and swirling barracuda. Above: eagles. Below: an underwater avalanche of life.
SEBAYUR ISLAND
Sebayur guards one of Komodo's best-kept secrets: untouched coral gardens teeming with life. While others chase dragons, divers chase legends here—pygmy seahorses, ghost pipefishes, and macro critters hiding in soft coral forests. The bay is a natural aquarium. The hillside trek offers sunrise views without the Padar crowds.
KANAWA ISLAND
While crowds chase Pink Beach, explorers slip to Kanawa—pristine coral reefs, zero crowds. Fishermen once avoided it, believing the Sea Goddess protected these waters. The reef here is 80% live coral. Turtles nest on beaches. Blacktip sharks patrol shallows. This is the Komodo nobody talks about.
SABOLO ISLAND (RANGKO CAVE)
Hidden in Sabolo's limestone cliffs lies Rangko Cave—a saltwater cavern illuminated by a ceiling skylight. Sunbeams pierce the darkness, turning water neon blue. Local legend says bathing here grants courage to face dragons. Swim through the entrance tunnel. Surface inside the cathedral. Float in liquid sapphire while light dances on ancient rock.
BIDADARI ISLAND
Bidadari" means angel in Indonesian. One glance explains why. Powdery white sand. Turquoise shallows. Zero crowds. Fishermen say angels rest here between monsoons, leaving footprints in the sand that waves erase by dawn. Snorkel the fringing reef where baby blacktips patrol. This is your castaway fantasy—pristine, peaceful, perfect.

Taking our young kids to Komodo National Park seemed ambitious, but Komodo Surga Bahari Speed Boat made it seamless. As a family of four, we worried about space on an 11-meter yacht—but the layout surprised us. The twin cabins offered privacy, and the open deck became our children’s playground by day, stargazing lounge by night. Snorkeling at Kanawa Island was a highlight; the crew provided child-sized gear and gentle guidance, turning nervous first-timers into confident explorers. We also visited Batu Bolong, where the current was strong but safely managed by the experienced captain. The kitchen served hearty, familiar meals—crucial for picky eaters—with local touches like grilled corn and mango lassi. While the boat lacks air conditioning (relying on natural cross-ventilation), ceiling fans and shaded areas kept us comfortable. For a 4-day family adventure blending safety, wonder, and subtle luxury, this vessel exceeded expectations.

Komodo Surga Bahari Speed Boat bawa gue ke world yang gue selalu impikan. We anchored at Kalong Island — the colony of bats at dusk? Absolutely epic! Then next morning, sunrise trek di Padar Island, pemandangannya seperti painting. Boat-nya 11 meter tapi feel very premium, interior wood finish bikin cozy. Crew sangat knowledgeable, cerita tentang ecosystem dan conservation efforts — added depth to trip. Makanan mostly local with international flair, gue suka grilled barramundi with lemongrass butter. Kabinnya lumayan, tapi agak panas pas siang, mungkin AC perlu upgrade. Tapi overall, this journey was soul-refreshing. Perfect buat yang cari authenticity with comfort.

3 hari di Komodo Surga Bahari Speed Boat terasa intense tapi fulfilling. Saya dan 5 teman explore Batu Bolong dan Kalong Island. Di Batu Bolong, diving experience sangat solid — current moderate, coral masih vibrant. Kalong Island di malam hari? Meski bising, the sight of thousands of bats flying out is unforgettable. Boat-nya kecil (11 meter), tapi efisien. Tapi overall, untuk petualangan singkat, this boat offers great value. The crew’s local knowledge adds depth to every stop. Next time, I’d extend to 5 days to include more hidden bays.

Turns 35 in Komodo? Yes, please! Komodo Surga Bahari Speed Boat bikin birthday gue jadi epic. We explored Komodo Island — tracking dragons with ranger, so thrilling! Then dinner di Crystal Rock dengan candlelight, crew nyanyiin happy birthday, bawa cake handmade — very touching. Boat-nya built 2015 tapi interior masih fresh, AC works well, dan kabinnya private banget. World-class. Sedikit note: speed boat agak bumpy dari Labuan Bajo, tapi itu part of the adventure. Overall, this trip gave me memories that money can’t buy. The crew? Five-star energy!

Sailing aboard the Komodo Surga Bahari Speed Boat during my babymoon offered precisely the quiet elegance I’d hoped for. At seven months, I needed space, calm, and clean air—this 11-meter phinisi delivered. The layout is modest but well-considered, with two cabins allowing for genuine privacy, though I imagine twelve aboard might test that. We anchored at Gili Lawa in the early hush, just as the sun split the horizon. Swimming through the glassy channel there, watching fusiliers dart between coral fingers, felt like a private audience with the reef. A morning hike on Rinca Island followed, where we kept a respectful distance from a pair of grazing dragons beneath a casuarina grove. The crew anticipated needs without hovering—warm towels after snorkeling, turmeric tea at dusk. One note: the Wi-Fi, while advertised, was more symbolic than functional. Not a loss, really; disconnection was part of the gift. I wished only for one more day—the rhythm of the sea had just begun to settle in the bones.
