Sailing the Arumi Phinisi through Komodo National Park was a masterclass in understated luxury. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the quiet elegance of the Master Suite—spacious, well-ventilated, and positioned to catch the morning light across the Java Sea. Our itinerary included Batu Bolong and Crystal Rock, both exceptional for drift dives with strong pelagic currents. The crew anticipated needs without intrusion, a rare balance. I did find the Wi-Fi inconsistent past Long Beach, though honestly, that may have been the point. The dive team from Bali was particularly skilled, guiding us through narrow channels where reef sharks circled just beyond the light. Dinners were intimate—grilled mahi-mahi with tamarind glaze served under the stars. One additional day would’ve allowed a slower rhythm, especially at Wainilu’s secluded cove. Still, the Arumi Phinisi operates with a precision that feels both effortless and deeply considered. Waking to the sound of water lapping against teak hulls, with only the scent of clove and salt in the air, was its own form of meditation.

Turning sixty on the bow of Arumi Phinisi, watching a manta glide beneath a blood-orange sunset—difficult to imagine a more fitting moment. The team accommodated our group of twelve seamlessly, even customizing a small celebration at Loh Liang with a local brass band. The boat’s 2015 build shows in its thoughtful details: wide corridors, hand-rubbed decks, and cabins spaced for privacy. I had the forward twin, which caught the morning light beautifully. Snorkeling at Manta Point was the pinnacle—no cages, just you, the current, and those gentle giants. One note: the dive platform could use a non-slip upgrade after rain. Still, the naturalist guide’s knowledge of reef systems deepened the experience beyond mere sightseeing. Dinners were unhurried, often featuring grilled local fish with sambal matah. By day three, the rhythm of sail and silence had recalibrated my sense of time. A milestone marked not with noise, but with depth.

Comemorei meus 40 anos a bordo do Arumi Phinisi com um grupo íntimo de amigas. O vibe era exatamente o que queríamos: sofisticado, mas sem formalidades excessivas. O itinerário passou por Wae Rebo — sim, fomos de tender até a aldeia, uma imersão cultural rara — e depois ancoramos em Manjarite para um jantar privativo na praia. O staff montou um setup com tochas e lounge de linho branco, e o som ambiente com playlists personalizadas fez parecer um destination wedding sem ser. A Master Suite tem um banheiro ao ar livre que usei todas as manhãs com o mar refletindo o céu rosa. Só senti falta de um serviço de concierge mais ativo para bookings externos — tivemos que remarcar o trekking em Rinca Island com pouca antecedência. Mesmo assim, o level de serviço a bordo é top tier: champanhe gelado na hora exata, roupões felpudos, e um bartender que cria drinks com ingredientes locais. Foi um verdadeiro reset.

سافرت مع عائلتي المكونة من 6 أفراد، بينهم طفلان صغيران، على متن Arumi Phinisi. كنت قلقة من أن يكون الجو غير مناسب للأطفال، لكن الطاقم تعامل معهم بلطف استثنائي. في Pink Beach، جهّزوا لنا لعبة عوامات صغيرة، وفي Long Beach، نظّموا نشاط بناء قلاع رمل. الكابينة الكبيرة كانت مثالية، مع مساحة كافية للعب. تناولنا العشاء على ظهر القارب في Kalong Island، بينما كانت الخفافيش تطير فوقنا، وكان ذلك تجربة تعليمية مميزة للأطفال. وجبات الأطفال كانت بسيطة لكنها مغذية. الـ wifi كان ضعيفاً، لكن هذا لم يؤثر علينا. ما فاجأني هو اهتمامهم بالتفاصيل، مثل توفير واقي شمس خاص للأطفال. لم نستطع زيارة Sebayur Island بسبب الطقس، لكنهم عوّضونا برحلة بديلة إلى Gili Lawa. كانت العطلة متوازنة بين المغامرة والراحة.

O Arumi Phinisi tem uma vibe 'effortless luxury' que raramente encontro. Estivemos lá em um friends getaway com amigas de Recife, todas acima dos 35, então valorizamos conforto e boas conversas. A Standard Cabin é simples, mas com materiais nobres — madeira de demolição, linho egípcio. Passamos um dia inteiro em Kanawa Island: mergulhamos, fizemos um picnic com frios e pães artesanais, e voltamos com o sol se pondo em tons de laranja que pareciam editados. Em Manjarite, fomos de tender até a praia e nadamos com arraias. O drone shot da equipe capturou tudo — valeu cada centavo. A única crítica: o sistema de som no deck só toca Spotify via Bluetooth, então tivemos que rodar playlists de celular. Nada grave. O chef nos surpreendeu com um ceviche de peixe-cavalo com limão de kaffir. A tripulação é discreta, mas sempre presente quando necessário. Um verdadeiro floating sanctuary.

30歳のmilestone birthdayをArumi Phinisiで迎えるのは、人生で最も洗練された選択でした。Padar Islandのgolden hourのdrone shotは、今も私のwallpaperです。船内のMaster Suiteは、プライバシーと快適さが完璧に融合。朝食はデッキで新鮮なmangoとcoconut、スタッフが丁寧にカットしてくれます。ただ、wi-fiが少し不安定で、リアルタイムに写真をシェアできなかったのは残念。4日間のitineraryでCrystal Rockにも立ち寄り、透明度に驚きました。珊瑚の間を泳ぐnapoleon fishとは、まるで別の世界。家族には内緒ですが、実はこの旅で仕事の大きな決断もしました。Arumiの静けさが、心の整理を助けてくれた。

Private Getaway dengan View Luar Biasa
Arumi Phinisi feels seperti floating villa. Kita ambil 3 hari karena schedule padat, tapi worth every minute. Dari Labuan Bajo langsung ke Taka Makassar — pasir putihnya seperti powdered sugar, water seperti aquarium. Kita dapat Master Suite, terletak di belakang, jadi private access ke small deck. Perfect buat morning coffee. Snorkeling di Wainilu, banyak baby reef shark dan manta ray kecil — surreal. Crew gak intrusif, tapi always there when needed. Makanan di prepare fresh daily, favorit kita spiced coconut soup with grilled prawns. Cuma satu thing: lebih lama di Gili Lawa would’ve been nice, kita cuma 1 jam. Tapi captain bilang karena tide, better not stay longer. Overall, the pacing was smart. Malam terakhir, mereka set up stargazing session — lihat Milky Way tanpa light pollution. Feels seperti another dimension. For couples who want privacy and beauty, this boat delivers.

احتفلت مع زوجتي بالذكرى السنوية العاشرة على متن الـ Arumi Phinisi، واخترناها بعناية بين عدة يخوت. من اللحظة الأولى، شعرنا بالخصوصية. الـ master suite كان مزيجاً من الأناقة البسيطة والفخامة الصامتة – خشب الساج، أثاث مخصص، وحمام مفتوح جزئياً. بدأ الـ itinerary من Gili Lawa، حيث سبحنا في مياه بلورية، ثم انتقلنا إلى Taka Makassar لرؤية قروش المطرقة. الطاقم أعدّ لنا عشاءً رومانسياً على الشاطئ في Bidadari Beach، مع شموع وموسيقى هادئة. كانت اللحظة الأبرز. استخدموا drone لتصوير المكان من الأعلى، وكان الـ shot جميلاً جداً. الطعام كان مميزاً – خاصة الـ ceviche الطازج. فقط أتمنى لو أن وقت الرحلة كان 7 أيام، لأن 5 أيام لم تكن كافية لاستكشاف كل ما في القائمة. الـ Arumi Phinisi لم يكن مجرد يخت، بل كان جزءاً من ذاكرتنا.

ทะเล ลม และความเงียบบน Arumi
มาคนเดียวในช่วง post-project detox หลังทำงานหนัก 6 เดือน Arumi Phinisi ให้ space ที่ฉันตามหามาตลอด เลือก Standard Cabin ที่หน้าห้องหันไปทางทิศตะวันออก ได้ดู sunrise ทุกเช้าโดยไม่ต้องลุกจากเตียงเลย ทริปนี้เน้นความเงียบ จึงขอ itinerary สั้นที่ Pink Beach และ Kanawa Island เท่านั้น ที่ Kanawa เดินเล่นคนเดียว ไม่ต้องเร่ง ไม่ต้องพูดกับใคร แค่ฟังเสียงคลื่นกับ seabird ก็เพียงพอแล้ว ส่วนเรือเองมี library เล็กๆ บน upper deck จัดหนังสือเกี่ยวกับ marine life และ culture ของ NTT มาอย่างตั้งใจ อาหารเป็นแบบ semi-buffet แต่สามารถขอปรับเมนูได้ เชฟทำ green curry แบบไม่เผ็ดให้ฉันทุกมื้อ แม้ไม่มี spa บนเรือ แต่พนักงานจัด folding mat ให้ฉันทำ yoga ทุกเช้า ข้อเดียวที่อยากให้ปรับคือ lighting ในห้องบางจุดมืดไปหน่อย แต่ก็อาจตั้งใจเพื่อให้รู้สึก cozy
