Arimbi Liveaboard benar-benar memberi nuansa intimate luxury yang kami cari untuk honeymoon. Itinerary ke Wae Rebo menjadi highlight — sunrise dari atas bukit sambil melihat traditional village yang masih sangat authentic, rasanya seperti waktu berhenti. Makanan di atas kapal mostly local dengan twist modern, ikan bakar dengan lemongrass dan coconut foam itu unforgettable. Satu hal kecil: signal internet agak lemah di Sebayur Island, tapi honestly, itu bagian dari detox yang kami butuhkan. Waktu kami di Komodo Island juga sangat well-managed, ranger-nya membawa kami ke viewpoint yang tidak terlalu crowded. Chúng tôi dừng ở Crystal Rock và Taka Makassar – cả hai đều mang lại cảm giác 'pristine'. Ở Crystal Rock, visibility dễ dàng trên 25m, và gặp cả manta nhỏ lượn quanh rạn. Boat có đầy đủ gear, nitrox option, và dive master rất hiểu luồng chảy – điều quan trọng ở Komodo. Die Arimbi Liveaboard ist kein Massentourismus-Boot – mit nur fünf Cabins fühlt es sich wie ein privater Yachtcharter an. Unser Fokus lag auf Manta Point und Castle Rock, beide dive sites wurden perfekt angefahren. Die Tauchplanung war präzise, die Ausrüstung makellos. Als Teil einer dive group schätzten wir die ruhige, professionelle Atmosphäre. Die Master Suite hat eine hervorragende Klimaanlage – entscheidend bei tropischer Hitze. Das Abendessen war stets ein kleines Event: meist mehrgängig, mit Option auf Weinpairing. Der sunset drone shot über Sebayur war ein echter Eye-Catcher. Einzig die Lautstärke beim Ankern war manchmal spürbar. Aber das gehört zur Natur. Insgesamt ein sehr durchdachter, eleganter trip – kein Luxus-Spektakel, sondern echte Qualität.

Att resa med två barn (7 och 10) till Komodo kräver noggrann planering, men Arimbi Liveaboard gjorde det nästan för enkelt. De hade lagt till Long Beach på itinerar, vilket var perfekt – barnen kunde bada i lugnt vatten medan vi andra snorklade nära strandkanten. Besättningen var fantastiskt flexibla; bjöd till och med till en spontan juice bar på däck en eftermiddag. Kanawa Island var en höjdpunkt – klara linjer i vatten, många fiskar, och min son tog sin första bilder med sitt lilla underwater housing. Jag noterade att en av kabinerna (Standard Cabin) hade lite trångare garderober, men det kompenserades av den enorma däcksyta där vi alla kunde hänga. Manta Point var lite vindpinad, men kaptens besättning anpassade sig snabbt och tog oss till Manjarite istället – vars sandbank var en overklig upplevelse, nästan som Maldiverna. Lite synd att solarium var i skugga på eftermiddagen, men det gav oss mer tid att läsa i hängmattan. Den här kombinationen av phinisi-stil och modern comfort – tänk: aircon som faktiskt fungerar – gjorde att ingen var utmattad. En resa som kändes både exklusiv och genuint avslappnad.

Unsere Tage in Sebayur Island und am Manta Point waren ideal für Schnorchelausflüge – die Guides hatten Geduld und gaben den Kindern Ruhe, sich einzufinden. Das Mittagessen an Bord war immer kindgerecht, aber ohne Kompromisse beim Geschmack. Besonders schätzten wir die Abendvorträge über die lokale Ökologie – informativ, aber nie langweilig. Der Captain passte das itinerary flexibel an Windbedingungen an. Einzig die Lautstärke beim starten des Motors am Morgen war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber nach zwei Tagen war es Teil des Rhythmus. Die Balance aus Struktur und Freiheit machte diesen trip so gelungen.

Als Architekt schätze ich Details: die symmetrische Takelage, die handgeschnitzten Reliefs am Bug, die perfekt sitzenden Loungemöbel aus wetterfestem Leder. Unser Trip führte uns von Batu Bolong nach Castle Rock – letzteres bei mittlerer Strömung, ideal für erfahrene Diver. Die Crew kennt die Spots wie ihre Westentasche. Abends gab es eine kleine Wine Pairing-Session mit indonesischem Single-Origin-Coffee als Digestif – eine nette Geste. Die Standard Cabin war geräumig, aber die Klimaanlage surrte nachts leicht. Nicht störend, nur bemerkbar. Was beeindruckt, ist die Disziplin: jeder Handgriff sitzt, kein Chaos beim Einsteigen in die Tender-Boote. Bei Nusa Kode organisierten sie ein privates Lunch-Picknick am weißen Sandstrand – kein anderer Gast in Sicht. Das ist rare Exklusivität. Hätte gerne einen weiteren Tag gehabt, besonders bei Komodo Island, wo wir nur eine kurze Ranger-Tour machten. Aber vielleicht ist das der Sinn: immer ein bisschen mehr zu wollen.
