Die Kapitänin und Crew der Athira Phinisi sprechen fließend Englisch. Ein deutschsprachiger Guide ist auf Vorbestellung gegen Aufpreis verfügbar, ideal für Reisende aus Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz.
Gäste fliegen meist von FRA, MUC, ZRH oder VIE nach Bali (DPS), dann weiter nach Labuan Bajo (LBJ). Der Transfer von LBJ zum Anleger erfolgt zügig für den Einstieg an Bord der Athira Phinisi.
Schweizer, Deutsche und Österreicher erhalten bei Ankunft ein Visum (VOA) für 35 USD (ca. 32 EUR), gültig für 30 Tage, einmal verlängerbar – ideal für eine Athira Phinisi-Kreuzfahrt.
Die Hochsaison ist April–Oktober. Weihnachten und Ostern fallen oft in die Regenzeit, aber mit stabilen Winden bietet die Athira Phinisi auch dann komfortable Bedingungen im Komodo-Nationalpark.
Für Gäste aus Österreich, Deutschland und der Schweiz werden Visa, Mastercard, SEPA-Überweisung und Klarna akzeptiert. Die Anzahlung erfolgt in IDR, der Restbetrag vor der Abreise.

Partir en escapade romantique sur l’Athira Phinisi était une évidence. La master suite, avec sa vue plongeante sur la mer, nous a offert des réveils en or. À Padar Island, la randonnée au lever du soleil fut un moment sacré — cette lumière dorée sur les trois baies, impossible à décrire. Le guide, discret mais informé, a su nous laisser seuls au sommet. Birthday Celebration di Pink Beach
Saya celebrate milestone birthday — 40 — di atas Athira Phinisi, dan pengalaman ini susah nak digambarkan. Crew tahu dari awal, dan mereka set up private dinner di Pink Beach malam tu dengan candlelight, live guitar, dan champagne. Sangat personal. Saya bawa small group — 6 orang kawan rapat dari KL dan Singapura — dan semua agree, ini salah satu trip paling seamless. Pelayaran dari Loh Liang ke Pink Beach ambil masa sejam lebih, tapi worth it. Snorkeling di sana colourful gila, coral masih sangat healthy. Saya guna drone saya sendiri, dan aerial shot of the boat di tengah bay tu — pure perfection. Master Suite yang saya tempah besar, king bed dengan linen high-thread count, dan bathroom dengan rain shower. Cuma satu critique kecil: bilik agak panas malam hari, walaupun ada AC, mungkin sistem perlu upgrade sikit. Tapi itu tak ganggu mood. Yang paling saya hargai — crew tak terlalu 'cheery', mereka profesional, tenang, penuh presence. Tak rasa macam 'service overkill'. Itinerary juga smart — tak terlalu banyak hopping, cukup masa untuk truly absorb setiap spot. Athira Phinisi bukan sekadar boat mewah. Ia ada soul.
