Romantic Escape on Elbark Cruise
My husband and I have been to Bali and Raja Ampat, tapi Elbark Cruise gave us a different kind of luxury — quiet, intimate, and deeply personal. We booked during low season, so we almost had the whole park to ourselves. Taka Makassar at sunrise was surreal — pink sky, turquoise water, and zero crowds. The crew arranged a private breakfast on the sand, complete with fresh tropical fruits dan coffee served in porcelain. The bed in our cabin was so comfortable, with high-thread-count linens and a view of the stars through the skylight. Snorkeling at Kalong Island revealed vibrant soft corals and reef sharks — not too deep, perfect for semi-beginners like me. Only thing: the fan in bathroom was a bit noisy at night. But honestly, the sound of waves quickly drowned it. This trip redefined our idea of quality time.

हमारी 10वीं एनिवर्सरी के लिए Elbark Cruise चुनना एक परफेक्ट डिसीजन था। हम एक कॉर्पोरेट रिट्रीट के बाद अलग होकर यहाँ आए — बस दोनों के लिए स्पेशल समय। बोट देखने में बहुत ग्लैमरस है, 37 मीटर का फ़िनिसी जो 2022 में बना था, और सच कहूँ तो इंटीरियर लग्ज़री लाइफ़स्टाइल के लिए बिल्कुल कर्व्ड है। मैंने मास्टर सूट चुना — सी व्यू, व्हाइट लिनेन, और नाइट टाइम में एक्सटेंडेड बालकनी पर बैठकर स्टार्स देखना... बस जादू था। हमने आइटिनरेरी में कनावा आइलैंड और क्रिस्टल रॉक देखा। कनावा पर स्नॉर्कलिंग करते हुए मैं शांति में खो गई — रंग-बिरंगी मछलियाँ, पानी इतना क्लियर कि ड्रोन शॉट लेने का मन किया। क्रिस्टल रॉक पर डाइविंग थोड़ी चैलेंजिंग थी, लेकिन गाइड ने परफेक्ट सपोर्ट दिया। फ़ूड भी एक्सपीरियंस का बड़ा हिस्सा था — फ्रेश सीफ़ूड, बार्बेक्यू, और एक डिनर स्टारलाइट में सरफ़ेस पर सेट किया गया था। थोड़ी सी वाई-फाई स्लो थी, लेकिन शायद यही तो इरादा था — डिजिटल डिटॉक्स। एक और डे एक्सटेंड कर सकते थे, लेकिन शायद अगली बार।

Elbark'ta Honeymoon ile Komodo'yu Keşfettik
Elbark Cruise’la 4 günlük honeymoon turu, tam bir master suite level deneyim oldu. Antalya’dan direk Sabah uçup Labuan Bajo’ya indik, oradan speedboat transferle gemiye bindik. 37 metrelik phinisi, dış cephesi geleneksel ama iç dekor tam bir luxury minimalism – özellikle benim pilot mahallesi gibi manzaralı kabini çok konfordu. Padar Island’a sabah erken çıktık, oradan drone shot çekimi yapmak için zirveye tırmandık. Görüntü gerçekten cinematic oldu. Akşam Bidadari Beach’te mangrova koyunda plaj keyfi, deniz hâlâ ılık, ışık golden hour’da harikaydı. Tek küçük eksik, açık denizde wifi’un biraz daha stabil olması gerek – Instagram’ı sadece limanlarda açabildim. Ama bu bile, daha fazla present olmamı sağladı. Gündüz Pink Beach’e gittik, kırmızı kum gerçekten unique – eşim burada su üstü snorkelling yaptı, orada dev vatoz gördüğünü söyledi. Ekstra bir gün olsaydı, Kalong Island’da kalbimizi rahat rahat boşaltabilirdik. Crew her şeyi önceden tahmin ediyordu – bir gece Manjarite koyunda anchoring yaparken, özel bir sundowner kurmuşlar, buna gerçekten touch oldu. Yemeklerde Endonezya lokal lezzetleri ile modern fusion blend çok başarılıydı. Genel olarak, Elbark Cruise sadece bir tekne değil, bir floating retreat gibi çalıştı. Sadece 9 cabin olması, gürültü olmaması da önemliydi – babymoon yapan başka bir çift de vardı, onlar da aynı şeyi dile getirmişti.

40歳のmilestone birthdayを、Elbark Cruiseで迎えることにした。一人旅という選択は正解だった。9室あるが、guestsは14名と空いており、プライバシーが守られていた。朝はManjariteの静かな湾でyoga sessionを個人指導してもらい、呼吸と波音が同調する感覚は、普段の忙しさでは味わえないgiftだった。昼間のitineraryで訪れたCastle Rockでは、ガイドが潮の流れを読み、ちょうど良いタイミングでsnorkelingを提案。カラフルなturtlesやreef fishたちに囲まれ、まるで別世界にいるようだった。夕食はdeckに用意された特別なtableにて。シェフが「birthday menu」として、和の要素を織り交ぜたfusion courseを用意してくれた——柚子のコンソメスープ、鯛のamuse bouche。感動より、まず「自分を大切にしている」と実感できたのが大きかった。一点だけ言うなら、master suiteのバスタブからのviewがもう少し開けていれば…と微かに思った。しかし、全体として、静けさと丁寧なhospitalityが融合した、極上のwellness retreatだった。

Came for the diving, stayed for the silence. Elbark Cruise moved through the straits like it belonged—no engine noise after anchoring, just the creak of wood and tide. Castle Rock was electric—barracuda, reef sharks, a manta that circled twice. But the real magic was Long Beach at 7 a.m., empty save for a fisherman and us. The yacht’s layout lets you find solitude, even with 20 aboard. Our group celebrated a friend’s 40th, though the mood stayed calm, never raucous. The galley’s jackfruit curry was surprisingly bold. Only quibble: one evening the generator hummed longer than ideal. But that’s minor. This wasn’t a vacation—it was recalibration.

作為一位獨自前來的旅行者，我原本擔心會感到孤單，但Elbark Cruise的節奏剛好治癒了這種焦慮。這艘37米的phinisi設計極簡卻充滿質感，我的cabin雖不是master suite，但通風與私密性都拿捏得宜，清晨拉開窗簾就是Kalung Island的蝠鱝潮汐流，靜謐得像時間停住。行程安排很smart，第三天停泊在Kanawa Island，浮潛時珊瑚群幾乎觸手可及，船長還悄悄帶我去附近一個沒標在itinerary上的小沙洲，只有我們兩人，我用租來的drone shot拍了整片玻璃海，畫面至今還設成手機鎖屏。比較小的遺憾是wifi不太穩定，發幾封工作郵件就得等，但說實在，來這裡本就不該盯螢幕。船員很low-key紳士，不會過度服務，卻又在你需要時剛好出現，比如我腰痠時，spa therapist立刻準備了薑油按摩。若說有什麼建議，我會想多加一天，把Bat Bolong的黃昏延長——那時整片海像熔金，呼吸都變慢了。這次的solo retreat，某種程度上重新校準了我的生活節奏。

Phinisi上的静谧时光，完美摄影之旅
作为摄影爱好者，我为拍摄Komodo的日出专程定制了这次Elbark Cruise的4天3晚行程。船体是2022年下水的phoenix级phinisi，线条利落，甲板空间开阔，尤其是顶层的sun deck，成了我凌晨架设三脚架的专属区。船方非常配合，凌晨4:30悄悄送来热姜茶，服务细致却不打扰。
我们停靠了Padar Island和Bidadari Beach，前者登顶的光影层次堪称perfect，后者浅水区的镜面反射让我连拍了两组RAW。船上的master suite朝东，清晨自然光洒进柚木地板，连行李箱的皮质纹理都成了构图元素。餐饮偏地中海风味，主厨记得我忌乳糖，每餐都有定制选项。
唯一的小遗憾是WiFi信号在远海几乎归零——不过这也正是我想要的。若行程能延长至5天，加入Manjarite的日落巡航，drone shot的素材会更完整。整体itinerary编排克制而精准，适合追求静谧与构图的摄影 expedition。

Nature Immersion with Class
Coming from Makassar, I thought I knew eastern Indonesia well, tapi Elbark Cruise showed me a different perspective — from the water, with elegance. We visited Kalong Island at dusk, and the swarm of bats flying out from the mangroves was both eerie and magnificent. The naturalist onboard gave a short talk about their ecosystem — very informative, not too academic. The yacht’s library has a curated selection of marine life books and Indonesian photography albums, which I enjoyed with afternoon tea. Sebayur Island’s coral garden is pristine — our dive master pointed out pygmy seahorses, which I’ve never seen before. The cabins are designed with local craftsmanship, yet with modern amenities like USB-C charging. One note: breakfast could have more warm options besides nasi uduk. Still, the overall curation of experience — from pacing to food pairing — felt intentional and refined.
A Silent Anniversary, Deeply Felt
Twelve years, and we needed stillness. Elbark Cruise offered that—anchored off Long Beach, where the only sound was the tide folding into itself. We kayaked at dawn, then hiked partway up Padar, enough for the curve of the bays without the crowds. The suite’s indoor-outdoor flow was masterful—shower open to the sky, but private. Dinner one night was on a sandbar near Pink Beach, just the two of us, candles in glass jars. The chef prepared a Cornish turbot, simply done, perfect. Minor note: one evening the Wi-Fi failed, but we ended up playing cards instead. That unplanned night became the highlight. Elbark doesn’t dazzle—it reveals.
