The Arimbi Liveaboard is the kind of vessel that makes you reassess what luxury at sea should be. No chrome, no noise—just teak, canvas, and intention. My wife and I joined for a six-day itinerary after years of safari and alpine retreats. The shift to marine wilderness was profound. We anchored at Pink Beach early, the sand glowing under a hazy sun. Later, at Manta Point, I floated above a cleaning station for nearly an hour, watching mantas glide beneath like silent kites. The Master Suite’s layout maximized space without pretense—ample storage, a proper wardrobe, and a skylight above the bed. The only critique: the Wi-Fi was unreliable past basic email, but we unplugged willingly. The crew’s knowledge stood out—our guide, Dedi, could name every nudibranch and explain Komodo’s microclimates. This wasn’t tourism. It was immersion.

احتفلت بعيد ميلادي الـ40 على متن Arimbi Liveaboard، وكان الاختيار مثالياً. بدأ اليوم في Wae Rebo، حيث استيقظنا على منظر القرية التقليدية وكأنها مرسومة بفرشاة فنان. انتقلنا إلى Batu Bolong للغطس — المياه صافية بمستوى لا يُوصف، وكأنك تسبح في حوض أكواريوم طبيعي. أحببت Master Suite؛ مساحة فسيحة، ديكور خشبي دافئ، وحمام خاص بإنسياب ماء ممتاز. وجبات الإفطار كانت محلية بذكاء: كابور ساجو مع فواكه طازجة من نوسا كود. خلال corporate retreat هذا، شعر الفريق بالخصوصية الكاملة رغم وجود 10 ضيوف فقط. الكابتن قدم لنا drone shot رائع من Gili Lawa من الجو، لكن الواي فاي كان ضعيفاً قليلاً — لا مشكلة، فنحن هنا للهروب. أتمنى لو أن الرحلة استمرت يوماً إضافياً، خاصة أن Padar Island غُطّيت بسرعة. Arimbi نجحت في الجمع بين الفخامة الصامتة والمغامرة الحقيقية، وهو ما نبحث عنه كعائلات خليجية تحب التميز الهادئ.

أحضرت فريقي الصغير إلى Arimbi Liveaboard للاحتفال بإطلاق منتج رقمي جديد. كجزء من corporate retreat، أردنا مكاناً يجمع بين الإلهام والراحة. بدأنا من Padar Island، حيث صعدنا إلى القمة قبل شروق الشمس — المنظر كان worth every step. من هناك، navigated crew إلى Wainilu، حيث أمضينا وقتاً في الكاياك. Arimbi وفر لنا مساحة عمل صغيرة على الديك مع كهرباء مستقرة — أمر نادر في الـphinisi. Master Suite كان مثالياً للاجتماعات الفردية. العشاء في Nusa Kode كان مذهلاً: مأكولات بحرية طازجة مع نبيذ أبيض مبرد. الطاقم كان منتبهاً جداً للتفاصيل، لكن الواي فاي كان بطيئاً قليلاً في المساء. لا يهم، فنحن هنا لنتصالح مع الطبيعة. أتمنى لو أن itinerary ضمّ موقعاً ثالثاً للغطس. Tauchen auf höchstem Niveau
Als erfahrene Tauchergruppe aus drei Paaren suchten wir ein Liveaboard, das sowohl technische Präzision als auch Komfort bietet. Die Arimbi Liveaboard überzeugte mit ihrem Dive Deck-Setup – gut organisierte Gear Stations, Nitrox verfügbar, und ein Dive Master, der die Strömungen bei Batu Bolong perfekt einschätzte. Unser Dive am Morgen bei Nusa Kode war beeindruckend: Manta-Rays in der Tiefe, dazu eine Schildkrötenkolonie beim Fressen. Die Master Suite hatte genug Stauraum für unsere Ausrüstung, was selten ist. Abends gab es kurze Briefings mit iPad-Skizzen der Route – sehr professionell. Lediglich die Dusche in meiner Standard Cabin war etwas klein für größere Personen. Das Abendessen am dritten Tag – ein Seafood BBQ unter Sternen – war ein absoluter Höhepunkt. Die Crew ließ uns genug Raum, war aber immer präsent, wenn nötig. Der Sunset von Deck aus, während wir von Komodo Island zurückkamen, war ein perfekter Rahmen für unsere 10. Hochzeitstag-Feier. Kein übertriebenes Drumherum – nur echte Qualität.

Família feliz no Komodo
Minha família de seis pessoas — pais, irmãos e sobrinhos — viajou no Arimbi Liveaboard com expectativas altas. O barco suportou bem a dinâmica: as cabines são privativas, mas o deck social mantém a integração. Paramos em Rinca Island e Nusa Kode — ambas impressionantes. Em Rinca, os dragões foram o espetáculo; em Nusa Kode, o silêncio absoluto encantou as crianças. O master suite é espaçoso, ideal para quem busca mais privacidade. A tripulação foi hábil em lidar com as demandas de diferentes idades: atividades para jovens, trilhas leves para idosos. O único ajuste: o tempo de navegação entre pontos poderia ser melhor planejado para evitar cansaço. Mas isso foi mínimo. O jantar com temática balinesa foi bem executado, com opções vegetarianas criativas. A equipe cantou parabéns para meu pai no aniversário — um gesto que emocionou a todos. Um verdadeiro family bonding.

اخترنا Arimbi Liveaboard لرحلتنا بعد الزواج، وقد كانت خيارًا مثاليًا. الـmaster suite واسعة وتصميمها يدمج بين الخشب الداكن واللمسات الحديثة بشكل أنيق. بدأنا من باتو بولونغ، حيث استمتعنا بالسنوركل في مياهها الصافية، ثم انتقلنا إلى جزيرة بادار التي صعُقتني منظرتها من الأعلى — أخذت drone shot لا يُنسى. الطاقم كان متواضعًا جدًا رغم مستوى الخدمة المرتفع، ويبدو أنهم يعرفون متى يظهرون ومتى يختفون. وجبات الإفطار كانت متنوعة، مع خيارات آسيوية وأوروبية، لكنني كنت آمل بواي فاي أقوى أحيانًا. رغم ذلك، هذا النقص الطفيف جعلني أركز أكثر على زوجتي وعلى الطبيعة. اليوم الأخير في بيداداري بيتش كان مثاليًا لجلسة يوغا خاصة على الرمل. الـitinerary متوازن جدًا: مغامرة وراحة بنسَبَة متساوية.
