Per boat. Most boats use passenger-count tiers — for example 1-4 pax, 5-7 pax — so the per-person cost drops as your group grows. Maximum capacity already includes your guide.
Boats depart Labuan Bajo around 06:00 and return around 17:00. Add the sunset extension (IDR 1–4.4 million per boat depending on vessel) to stay out for golden hour.
Safety first: if the harbourmaster closes the port, you reschedule free of charge or move your date. Captains monitor conditions and adjust the route as needed.
No. Park entrance, ranger and trekking fees are paid separately at the park. Your crew will help arrange them on the day.
