Je fuis les yachts tape-à-l’œil. L’Arfisyana Indah Phinisi, construit en 2018, garde une âme authentique de phinisi, sans ostentation. Le bois, le silence, le rythme lent — tout parle d’élégance discrète. Nous avons navigué de Padar Island à Bidadari Beach, avec une escale surprise à un spot de snorkeling secret près de Taka Makassar. Les coraux y sont intacts, les raies majestueuses. Ma cabine, bien que Standard, offrait une fenêtre panoramique et un service aux petits soins. J’ai particulièrement aimé les lectures du capitaine sur l’histoire des Bugis, les bâtisseurs de phinisis. Peut-être aurions-nous apprécié un peu plus de documentation écrite sur l’itinéraire. Mais cela reste un détail. Ici, on voyage avec les sens, pas avec les brochures.

Echo de menos una cabina oscura para revelado, pero entiendo que no es prioridad en este contexto. El salón, con estanterías de madera y sofás profundos, invitaba a revisar fotos con calma. La master suite, amplia y bien insonorizada, nos permitió descansar profundamente entre escalas. Als lid van een kleine duikgroep (6 personen) zijn we gewend aan comfort, maar de Arfisyana Indah Phinisi zette de lat hoger. De duikplatform is uitstekend ingericht – easy entry, ruime opbergplaats voor uitrustingen, en een friswaterslang aanwezig. We dook op Manta Point, maar ook op de minder bezochte plekken rond Sebayur Island, waar de zichtbaarheid 25 meter was. De boot is van 2018, maar onderhouden als een museumstuk – nergens vocht, nergens krassen. De communicatie met de kapitein over de dive sites was helder, en hij paste het itinerary aan op basis van de stroming. We sliepen in Standard Cabins, die meer weghebben van boutique hotelkamers. Klein minpunt: de batterij voor de underwater torch hield het niet lang vol – maar de crew had reservebatterijen binnen een minuut. Het gevoel was niet van een tour, maar van een privé-expeditie. En tant qu’architecte, j’observe les détails – et l’Arfisyana Indah Phinisi m’a impressionnée par son design équilibré. Le bois, le cuivre, les lignes pures… tout respire l’artisanat. Notre honeymoon a commencé à Sebayur Island, où nous avons passé la matinée à nager dans les criques isolées. Le dîner privé sur le pont, avec un menu personnalisé (raviolis de langoustine, vin d’Alsace), était digne d’un 5 étoiles. J’ai adoré la master suite, surtout la fenêtre porthole qui donne sur la mer la nuit. Le passage à Batu Bolong, avec ses courants forts, a été bien géré par l’équipage. Peut-être un peu moins de musique lounge le matin ? Mais c’est un détail. Un voyage sensoriel, lent, raffiné.
