Non cercavo semplicemente un liveaboard, ma un vero e proprio sanctuary in mezzo al mare – e Teman Liveaboard ha superato ogni aspettativa. Come solista appassionata di fotografia e benessere, ho trovato nell’itinerario tra Gili Lawa e Batu Bolong l’equilibrio perfetto tra avventura subacquea e tranquillità rigenerante. La master suite, pur essendo elegante e spaziosa, avrebbe potuto avere un po’ più di privacy rispetto al ponte superiore, ma il comfort e il design scandinavo del resto della barca compensano ampiamente. Ogni pasto era una delizia curata dallo chef, con ingredienti locali che esaltavano il territorio. Il team è stato discrete ma attentissimo, sempre pronti a organizzare un drone shot al tramonto o una sessione di yoga al mattino sulla prua. Ciò che rende Teman davvero unico è l’atmosfera: nonostante il lusso, non c’è ostentazione. È un’esperienza intima, quasi personale, adatta tanto a famiglie con ragazzi quanto a chi cerca un wellness retreat. Nuotare tra i current di Batu Bolong, poi, rimarrà uno dei momenti più emozionanti del mio viaggio. Il silenzio del mare di notte, dopo una giornata tra snorkeling e pause meditative a Kalong Island, ha un valore inestimabile. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un mix di avventura soft e raffinatezza senza fronzoli.

Being on a phinisi that blends traditional craftsmanship with modern comfort — seperti Teman — gives you space to breathe. Ho particolarmente apprezzato il drone shot del tramonto su Taka Makassar, condiviso in serata sul ponte superiore. L’atmosfera è intima, adatta a piccoli gruppi che cercano profondità, non solo destinazioni. Come nota personale, avrei gradito un segnale wifi più stabile – non per lavorare, ma per condividere alcuni momenti con chi è a casa. Dettaglio minimo, bilanciato dal ritmo lento e autentico dell’itinerary. Teman non esibisce lusso, lo incarna con discrezione. Un rare find nel panorama dei liveaboard del Komodo National Park.

Honestly, मैंने कभी नहीं सोचा था कि एक liveaboard इतना luxurious हो सकता है। Teman Liveaboard ने हमारे milestone birthday celebration को बिल्कुल perfect बना दिया। हम पांच दोस्तों के साथ गए थे, और master suite से लेकर outdoor lounge तक — हर जगह attention to detail दिख रही थी। जैसे ही हमने Kalong Island के पास डाला एंकर, bats के झुंड ने sunset को cinematic बना दिया। मैंने drone shot लिया — ऐसा लग रहा था जैसे कोई fantasy movie का scene हो। फिर Pink Beach पर snorkeling? वहां का water clarity बस अलग ही level का था। Manta Point पर तो मैं घंटों तैरती रही — वो जीवनभर की memory है। Crew ने हर चीज़ को seamless रखा, चाहे वो five-course dinner हो या private yoga session सुबह। एक छोटी सी feedback — master suite में कुछ extra storage होता तो और बेहतर होता, लेकिन overall ये experience बस next level था। Teman का itinerary हमारी expectations से कहीं आगे था। अगर आप luxury में privacy चाहते हैं, तो ये बस perfect है।

Batu Bolong’un etkileyici kayalıklarından sonra, Teman Liveaboard’ın master suite’inde uyandığımda, hâlâ hayal ettiğimi sandım. 36 metrelik bu Phinisi gemisi, 2017 yapım olmasına rağmen her detayda impeccable — ahşap işçiliği, sessiz mühendislik, özel dekorasyon… Gerçekten bir floating villa. Ailemle (iki çocuk, 8 ve 12) Kanawa Island’a çıktık; çocuklar plajda kumdan kaleler yaptı, biz yetişkinler ise kumsalda sundowner içtik. Gemi ekibi, minikler için özel çocuk menüsü ve su topu etkinliği ayarlamıştı — bu küçük dokunuşlar, HNW seyahatlerinde fark yaratıyor. Drone shot’larımı Manta Point’te çektim; teman (gemimiz!) en iyi pozisyonu tutmuştu. Sade bir not: master kabini muazzam, ama banyo suyu bazen sıcaklık dalgalanması yaşadı. Yine de, overall it was a perfect experience. Dalarak değil, sadece güverteye uzanarak bile bu manzarayı yaşamak bir privilege. İtinerary’de Rinca’ya kısa bir ziyaret de yapıldı — komodolar büyüleyiciydi. Photography expedition olarak çıktık ama dönüşte hepsi ‘family getaway’ dedi.
