Crew selalu tanya if we need anything, tapi nggak ganggu quality time. Makanan sehat dan bisa customized—kami request low-spicy, more greens, dan mereka accommodate tanpa masalah. Satu hal kecil: waktu di Rinca, tour guide-nya agak terburu-buru, padahal kita pengin photo lebih lama. Tapi overall, experience-nya premium dan intimate. Snorkeling di Crystal Rock? Super clear water, ikan-ikan berenang dekat banget. We felt pampered, safe, dan deeply relaxed. Best babymoon ever.

Come viaggiatrice indipendente, cercavo un equilibrio tra privacy e connessione, e l’itinerary tra Taka Makassar e Crystal Rock me l’ha offerto in modo sublime. Le acque cristalline di Crystal Rock, dove ho fatto il mio primo drift dive dopo anni, erano un vero spettacolo: mante che planavano sopra di me, reef intatti, colori che sembravano fuori da una drone shot da National Geographic. Il master suite, pur essendo leggermente più piccolo di quanto mi aspettassi, era comunque elegante, con finiture in legno caldo e un bagno en suite funzionale. Davide C. da CH, un altro ospite solitario sulla barca, mi ha confessato che aveva prenotato last minute per festeggiare la sua promozione: entrambi concordiamo che il Vinca Deluxe Phinisi ha alzato l’asticella del luxury liveaboard. La cena a lume di candela su Kanawa Island, con il sound delle onde e un menu fusion ben curato, è stata la ciliegina. Forse l’unico piccolo dettaglio? Per il nostro decimo anniversario, abbiamo scelto il Vinca Deluxe Phinisi quasi per istinto — e non avremmo potuto fare scelta più azzeccata. Imbarcati a Labuan Bajo, il trasferimento è stato seamless, e già sul ponte superiore, con un Negroni in mano, sapevamo che sarebbe stata una esperienza di classe superiore. Le cabine sono firmate, nel vero senso: la nostra master suite, con il letto king size e il tessuto in lino indonesiano, univa design sobrio e dettagli artigianali. Abbiamo esplorato Gili Lawa Laut all’alba, nuotando tra il reef intatto e le mante che planavano appena sotto. Il team ha organizzato un picnic privato su Nusa Kode, con un set-up impeccabile: tovaglie bianche, champagne, e quel silenzio che solo le isole deserte sanno regalare. Lo staff è discreto ma anticipa ogni richiesta — niente di forzato, tutto molto fluid. L’itinerario era ben bilanciato: snorkeling a Castle Rock al mattino, relax pomeridiano con lettura e jacuzzi, serata a bordo con cena fusion servita sotto le stelle. Ho usato il drone per un paio di shot spettacolari: il Vinca all’ancora tra le scogliere verdi di Komodo è un’immagine che terrò a lungo. Forse l’unico appunto? Il wifi è limitato — ma in fondo, era esattamente quello che cercavamo. Un vero digital detox. Ci torneremmo in un heartbeat, magari con un giorno in più per goderci Kanawa Island con calma.

One small critique: dive briefing room agak sempit untuk 6 diver, tapi manageable. Crew sangat safety-conscious, always check gear and oxygen levels. The luxury touch—like post-dive smoothies and evening cocktails—makes it stand out. This is how dive liveaboard should feel: adventurous yet refined. 10/10 would dive again.

妊娠7か月のbabymoonとしてVinca Deluxe Phinisiを選んで正解でした。船内のmaster suiteは広々としていて、プライバシーも完璧。朝はBidadari Beachで波の音を聞きながらヨガをし、スタッフが用意してくれたヘルシーブレックファストをいただきました。ナチュラルな食材を使ったメニューはどれもtaste perfection。Pink Beachでは、サンセットのdrone shotを撮影してもらい、今後のフォトブックの素材に。船は2020年に建造されただけあって、設備が新しいのが嬉しい。ただ、シャワールームの水圧がもう少し強ければ完璧だったかな。4日間のitineraryも自然との調和に配慮されていて、Manta Pointでのシュノーケリングでは実際にマンタに囲まれるという奇跡も。コンシェルジュの対応もきめ細かく、まるでプライベートクルーズのような体験。次はfriends getawayでリピートしたいです。
