Penerbangan biasa dari KUL, PEN atau BKI ke DPS (Bali) mengambil masa 3–4 jam, diikuti dengan penerbangan domestik ke Labuan Bajo (LBJ) sebelum pendaftaran di dermaga untuk Leticia Liveaboard.
