결혼 10주년 anniversary를 기념해 Derya Liveaboard를 예약했어요. Master Suite의 킹사이즈 베드와 외부 전용 라운지가 정말 편안했고, 객실 내 미니바는 daily로 리필되어 있었어요. Komodo Island에서의 트레킹은 다소 땀이 났지만, 그 후에 제공된 fresh coconut과 냉수 타월은 완벽한 aftercare였어요. 특히 Sebayur Island의 해변은 사람이 거의 없어, 마치 private island를 빌린 기분이었어요. 승무원이 우리를 위해 일몰 무렵에 champagne setup을 해줬는데, 그 감정은 여전히 가슴에 와닿아요. 단, 드론 촬영을 원했는데, 조타실에서 허용 시간이 제한적이어서 약간 아쉬웠어요. 그래도 전체 itinerary는 매우 well-balanced였고, 다시 찾고 싶은 luxury phinisi예요.

Derya Liveaboardでの3泊は、スマートフォンから距離を置くための意図的な選択でした。Gili LawaとLong Beachを中心に、スノーケリングと読書に没頭。船のライブラリには、海洋生態に関する英語の本も充実。crewは会話のタイミングを心得ており、干渉せず、必要なときはすぐに対応。マスター・スイートのシャワーは屋外にあり、星空を見ながら浴びられるのが贅沢。ただ、水圧がやや弱く、髪のすすぎに時間がかかりました。食事はすべて新鮮な地元食材で、特に朝のココナッツウォーターが体に染みわたるよう。Kalond島のコウモリの群れが飛び立つ瞬間を甲板から見られたのが、最も印象的でした。

Reisen mit Sinn – das suchte ich, und fand es auf der Derya Liveaboard. Nichts an diesem Boot wirkt aufgesetzt. Die Hölzer sind geölt, nicht lackiert, die Speisen regional, nicht internationalisiert. Unser Tag in Komodo Island war spannend, aber der Höhepunkt war Crystal Rock – die Farben unter Wasser waren intensiv, fast unreal. Die Crew bot genug Abstand, ohne uns allein zu lassen. Die Master Suite ist komfortabel, mit guter Isolation – nachts hörte man kaum die Motoren. Lediglich der Kaffee am Morgen war etwas lauwarm – ein kleiner Makel. Aber der Koch servierte stattdessen frische Smoothies, was besser passte. Was mich beeindruckte: die Reserviertheit der Crew. Kein übertriebenes „perfect service“, sondern ruhige Präsenz. In Kalong Island verbrachten wir den Abend ohne Licht, nur mit Sternen und dem Flügelschlag der Fledermäuse. Die Derya ist kein Luxus-Statement, sondern ein Ort, an dem man wieder zu sich kommt. Und das ist selten.

신혼여행지로 Derya Liveaboard를 고른 건 우리 인생 최고의 결정 중 하나. 22미터의 품격 있는 phinisi는 작지만 정제된 공간 구성이 눈에 띄었고, 객실은 Standard Cabin임에도 불구하고 수납공간과 조명 디테일이 고급스러웠다. Komodo Island에서의 트레킹은 다소 힘들었지만, 정상에서 본 panorama view는 그 모든 노력을 보상해 줬다. 저녁엔 Long Beach에서 선셋 디너를 준비해줘서 둘만의 moment를 완성할 수 있었다. 스태프가 딱 필요한 순간만 보이도록 배려해줘 프라이버시도 완벽했고, 심지어 케이크까지 준비해줘서 깜짝 생일 surprise도 됐다. 아쉬운 점은 야간 촬영을 위해 가져온 drone이 날씨 탓에 두 번밖에 뜨지 못한 것뿐. 그래도 일정 자체는 very well-paced였고, 휴식과 액티비티의 balance가 뛰어났다.

Sebagai bagian dari dive group, aku udah banyak naik liveaboard, tapi Derya memberi nuansa yang lebih intimate. Cuma 4 cabin, jadi group dynamics-nya cohesive banget. Dive site di Kalong Island itu intense — visibility 25 meter, dan current-nya strong, cocok buat intermediate+. Kapalnya built in 2018 tapi perawatannya flawless, gear storage-nya organized, dan dive deck-nya spacious. Captain-nya experienced banget at reading tides. Pas di Padar Island, kita sempat landing dari tenda kecil, dan hiking track-nya photogenic abis. Satu-satunya wish: lebih banyak dive time di spot tertentu. Tapi overall, diving experience sangat technical yet graceful. The crew even customized oxygen check routines for our group. That’s next-level care.

Die Derya Liveaboard bot genau das richtige Maß an Intimität für unsere kleine Gruppe von vier Freunden. Mit nur vier Cabins bleibt alles überschaubar, und doch fühlt sich die Master Suite wie ein eigenes Refugium an. Unser Highlight war der Sunset am Bidadari Beach – wir hatten das Gefühl, die gesamte Insel nur für uns zu haben. Der Captain hat uns mit einem perfekt geplanten itinerary durch Sebayur und Rinca geführt, wobei der Snorkelgang bei Kanawa Island besonders beeindruckend war – die Farben unter Wasser waren wie aus einem NatGeo-Drone-Shot. Die Crew war leise präsent, serviert wurde immer auf Porzellan, und das Frühstück mit frischem Papaya und lokalem Kaffee wurde direkt an Deck serviert. Einzig der WiFi-Empfang war etwas schwach – aber das war fast schon gewollt, um offline zu sein. Als Solo Traveler schätzte ich, dass niemand aufdringlich war, aber immer ein Gespräch angeboten wurde, wenn gewünscht. Die Balance zwischen Aktivität und Ruhe war absolut durchdacht, und die Lounge-Area am Bug wurde mein Lieblingsplatz zum Lesen. Hätte gerne einen Tag mehr gehabt, um Padar Island in der Morgensonne zu erkunden.

O único contratempo: o GPS do barco auxiliar falhou brevemente, mas o capitão usou navegação visual com precisão impressionante. Em Castle Rock, registramos uma nova espécie de gobiídeo. Mit nur zehn Gästen fühlt sich das Boot exklusiv an, fast wie eine Privatyacht. Unser Tag in Komodo Island war gut organisiert: kleiner Trekking-Pfad, aber mit Abstand zu den anderen Gruppen. Später tauchten wir an Crystal Rock, wo die Strömung stark war – der Guide passte den Einstieg perfekt an. Was mich beeindruckte: die Disziplin der Crew. Nicht aufdringlich, aber immer da, wenn man etwas brauchte. Die Master Suite ist geräumig, mit einem Bullauge, durch das man nachts das Mondlicht auf dem Wasser sieht. Hätte mir gewünscht, dass der Itinerary einen Stopp an Manta Point beinhaltet – war leider nicht möglich. Aber das ist kein Vorwurf, eher ein Hinweis für zukünftige Reisende. Die Küche ist international, aber mit lokalen Akzenten – der Sambal war scharf, aber nicht übertrieben. Für jemanden wie mich, der Wert auf Understatement legt, war die Derya der ideale Rahmen: kein Luxus-Showcase, sondern echte Qualität im Detail.
