Капитан выбрал спокойный itinerary: два дня у Rinca Island, где наблюдали комодских драконов издали — очень аккуратно и без толп, а затем тихий заход на Kalong Island к летучим лисицам. Закат там — просто perfect. Кабины продуманы до деталей: у нас была master suite с отдельной душевой зоной и матрасом, который, честно, лучше, чем дома. Еда — свежие морепродукты каждый день, детокс-смузи по утрам, и настоящий cappuccino с morning coffee. Mit 18 Wochen schwanger suchten wir einen babymoon, der sowohl ruhig als auch unvergesslich ist – und fanden ihn auf der Teman Liveaboard. Das Schiff strahlt eine Ruhe aus, die sofort entspannt. Unser cabin war stilvoll im nautischen Design gehalten, mit sanftem Holz und feinsten Bettwäsche – fast wie ein five-star experience auf See. Besonders berührt hat uns Bidadari Beach: leer, weißer Sand, das türkise Wasser wie gemalt. Wir wurden sogar mit einem privaten snorkeling trip überrascht, perfekt für mich, da ich nicht zu lange schwimmen sollte. Pink Beach war ein Highlight – die Farbe des Sandes wirkt fast surreal. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Dusche im master suite hatte leicht Druckprobleme. Doch das Personal reagierte sofort, als wir es erwähnten. Für eine photography expedition wäre Teman ohnehin ideal – das Licht bei Rinca Island am späten Nachmittag ist golden. Alles in allem: ein tief berührendes, luxuriöses Erlebnis, das wir nur weiterempfehlen können.

Mit meinem Führungsteam suchten wir einen Ort, der Abstand schafft – ohne auf Komfort zu verzichten. Der Teman Liveaboard war die ideale Wahl: diskret, aber mit klarem Designstatement. 36 Meter, klassischer phinisi-Bau, aber mit modernem touch – etwa dem AC-System, das absolut geräuschlos läuft. Wir verbrachten zwei Tage nach unserer strategy session auf Kalong Island, wo wir bei Einbruch der Dämmerung die Fledermäuse über dem Mangrovenwald beobachteten – ein beeindruckendes natural spectacle. Danach ging es zu Bidadari Beach, wo wir mit dem Tender an Land gingen und ein light working lunch unter Palmen hielten – Papierlose Besprechung mit drone shot-Perspektive. Die Kabine ist kompakt, aber clever designed; der rain shower perfekt dosiert. Einzig der charging point im Bad war etwas ungünstig positioniert. Doch das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Was zählt: die Balance aus reflection und activity. Kein überladenes programm, sondern Raum für Gespräche, Schwimmen, Lesen. Der Koch servierte jeden Morgen frisch gepressten Kokos-Limetten-Saft – ein small luxury, der bleibt. Für uns war es weniger retreat, mehr realignment. Und der Teman? Der war der richtige Rahmen dafür.

Zum 40. Geburtstag suchte ich etwas Außergewöhnliches – kein typisches Resort, sondern echte Tiefe. Der Teman Liveaboard bot genau das: stilvoll, ruhig, mit jener Unaufgeregtheit, die echten Luxus ausmacht. Die 5-Cabin-Setup mit nur 10 Gästen machte das Feeling sehr privat, fast wie eine private Charter. Unser itinerary führte uns über Nusa Kode, wo wir mittags an einem fast vergessenen Strand aßen – kein Mensch weit und breit – und später zu Batu Bolong, wo ich den goldenen Sonnenuntergang mit einem Gin Tonic auf dem upper deck genoss. Das master suite auf der Backbordseite ist ruhig gelegen, große Fenster, sanftes Holz – und das Bett? Perfect. Der only minor downside: das WiFi ist slow, aber ehrlich – wozu braucht man das hier? Ich schrieb Tagebuch statt Emails. Die Crew antizipiert Wünsche, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Besonders der Küchenchef überraschte mit leichten, mediterran-asiatischen Fusion-Elementen – kein typisches indonesisches Buffet. Am letzten Tag bat ich um einen additional snorkel stop bei Sebayur, und sie fügten ihn ein, ohne Murren. Was bleibt: die Stille zwischen den Inseln, das Geräusch der Takelage, und das Gefühl, dass Zeit tatsächlich langsamer vergeht. Für eine, die oft unterwegs ist – das hier war quality time.
