Vuela desde MAD, BCN, MEX, GRU o SCL a Bali (DPS), 16-22 h con escala. Luego, un vuelo interno a Labuan Bajo (LBJ) para embarcar en el Ocean Angel Liveaboard.
El hospital más cercano está en Labuan Bajo, con evacuación médica posible si es necesario. Todos los tripulantes del Ocean Angel Liveaboard están capacitados en primeros auxilios básicos.
