Bawa dua anak (8 dan 11 tahun) ke Komodo bersama Kanha Loka Phinisi ternyata jauh lebih smooth dari yang diperkirakan. The staff sangat accommodating—ada kayak kecil specially prepared untuk kids, dan guide mereka super sabar. We loved Bidadari Beach, the sand seperti powdered sugar dan airnya jernih banget. Anak-anak excited banget lihat white tip reef sharks yang ternyata friendly. Manta Point juga jadi favorit, especially karena captain bisa position boat dengan tepat biar kita gampang snorkel. One thing: mungkin next time, kita ambil trip lebih panjang—4 hari terasa cepat. The master cabin luas, cocok untuk family dengan connecting room. Food-wise, they adjusted menus for kids tapi tetap elegant untuk dewasa. Yang paling berkesan? Malam di Long Beach, api unggun dengan sound of waves—simple tapi deeply calming. Kanha Loka beneran paham ritme quality family time.

La master suite è stata una vera coccola: spaziosa, con finiture in legno caldo e un’en-suite che sembra uscita da un design magazine. Abbiamo esplorato Bidadari Beach e Padar Island, entrambi fermate perfette per il drone shot ideale. A Bidadari, nuotare tra i pesci arcobaleno a pochi metri dalla barca ci ha fatto sentire in un acquario privato. A Padar, l’escursione al belvedere all’alba, anche se impegnativa con i tacchi bassi (suggerirei scarpe da trekking), ha ripagato con una vista mozzafiato sull’arcipelago. Il team è stato discreto ma sempre presente, con un tocco italiano nel servizio che ho apprezzato molto. La colazione a bordo, con caffè macinato fresco e frutta tropicale locale, era un ritual quotidiano. Unico piccolo trade-off: il wifi è limitato, ma forse è proprio questo il senso di un vero digital detox. L’itinerary avrebbe potuto includere Crystal Rock, ma capisco le scelte logistiche. Viaggiare con una barca di soli 34 metri ma con così tanta anima è raro. Il Kanha Loka non cerca di essere un mega yacht — e questo è il suo vero lusso. Sarebbe stato perfetto un giorno in più, ma già così, ogni momento è stato ben calibrato.

Aan boord van de Kanha Loka Phinisi voelt alles op zijn plek. Ik reisde als solo traveler, op zoek naar ruimte en reflectie – en kreeg dat ruimschoots. De balance tussen privacy en lichte gezelligheid aan dek was perfect. De master suite is sober ingericht maar met zoveel aandacht voor detail: het houtwerk, de ventilatie, de manier waarop het licht 's ochtends binnenvalt. Onze itinerary bracht ons naar Bidadari Beach en Castle Rock, beide adembenemend. Bij Bidadari liet ik me drijven in die turkooizen baai, compleet met drone shot van de crew – een beeld dat ik niet snel vergeet. De dive group was klein en gedisciplineerd, dus ook als je niet duikt, voel je je nooit overdaad. De crew anticipereerde, maar overdreef nooit – precies zoals het hoort bij echte luxury. Het enige minus: de wifi is zwak, maar eerlijk? Dat hoort hier ook bij de detox. Ik had graag nog een dag extra gehad, gewoon om niets te doen op het achterdek met een glas natuurwijn. De boot is jong – gebouwd in 2019 – maar al gerijpt in stijl. Een subtiele ervaring, geen show-off, precies wat ik zocht.

Останавливались у Rinca Island — наблюдали комодских варанов издали, дети местных гидов даже показали, как они «зовут» ящеров (очень круто, но мы держались на safe distance). Потом — Crystal Rock: вода настолько чистая, что под водой будто паришь в воздухе. Я не дайвер, но сноркелинг здесь — next level experience. Экипаж внимательный, но ненавязчивый: угадывают желания до того, как ты их осознаешь. Еда — свежие морепродукты, тропические фрукты, лёгкие азиатские блюда. 30歳のmilestone birthdayをKanha Loka Phinisiで迎えたのは、人生で最も洗練された決断だった。Gili Lawaでのsunrise hikeの後、船上のmaster suiteでchampagneを開けた瞬間——時間さえも止まったようだった。船内はminimally elegantなインテリアで、照明一つにしてもヨーロッパ製の調光システムが使われており、夜のreading timeが格別に心地よかった。ただ一点、satellite wifiが弱く、clientとのvideo callが途切れたのは少しつらい。だが、Padar Islandからのdrone shotは完璧で、その映像は今後のbrand campaignに使わせてもらうつもりだ。crewの配慮も細やかで、birthday cakeのvanilla beanの質まで気を配ってくれた。itineraryのペースはややタイトで、Pink Beachでもう半日過ごしたかった。しかし、全体として、adult lifeの節目にふさわしいdepthのあるexperienceだった。
