At 26 meters, she’s intimate enough to feel personal, yet spacious enough to avoid crowding. We visited Pink Beach and Wainilu, both stunning—especially Wainilu at low tide, where tidal pools revealed starfish and anemones in crystalline clarity. The yacht’s dive master knew the best entry points and currents like the back of his hand. The Standard Cabin was well-appointed, though the mattress leaned slightly firm for my taste. They accommodated a request for an extra pillow without hesitation. One afternoon, we drifted past Kanawa Island and spotted a pod of dolphins riding the bow wave—completely unplanned, utterly magical. The galley’s use of local ingredients, like freshly cracked nutmeg in the custard tart, grounded the experience in place. This wasn’t a cruise; it was a quiet conversation with the sea.

The phinisi silhouette is preserved, but beneath, it’s thoroughly contemporary: whisper-quiet generators, reverse osmosis water, and a galley that rivals any boutique hotel. We anchored at Bidadari Beach for two hours, long enough for a swim, a massage on the beach platform, and a cold lychee soup served in coconut shells. The dive team prepped tanks while we ate, a seamless handover. At Kalong Island, the sunset was a slow dissolve of violet and rust—best viewed from the bow with a single malt. My only critique: the cabin storage was compact for a week-long trip. But the staff folded clothes with such care, it hardly mattered. This is travel distilled to its essentials: place, craft, and silence.
