Charter Sovereignty

The sea is sovereign. In the event of extreme weather, volcanic activity, or maritime safety directives from the Port Authority (Syahbandar), KEXI reserves the right to alter routes to prioritize VVIP safety above all else.

A 50% deposit secures your exclusivity. Cancellations made within 30 days of embarkation are subject to forfeiture unless covered by our 'Maritime Elite' insurance partners.

All charters are governed by the Indonesian Commercial Code (KUHD) and International Maritime standards. By boarding, guests acknowledge the inherent nature of expeditionary travel.

Vessels are spaces of mutual respect. Any conduct that endangers the vessel, crew, or the fragile ecosystem of Komodo National Park will result in immediate termination of the charter without refund.
