Panoramanya? Iconic. Three bays dengan gradasi biru berbeda—aku sempat speechless. Snorkeling di Gili Lawa juga next level, banyak turtle and giant trevally. Satu hal: acara malam agak limited—ada movie night di deck, tapi signal buat streaming nggak bagus. Tapi honestly, better gitu—kita malah lebih banyak ngobrol, main card, dan lihat bintang. Captain bahkan kasih mini astronomy session. Food-wise, breakfast buffet variatif—ada bubur ayam, bread, sama tropical fruits. Worth every rupiah.

A Babymoon with Depth
At twenty weeks, I needed calm and beauty—Catnazse Liveboard delivered both. We chose a four-day trip focusing on quieter zones, including a sunrise stop at Taka Makassar, where the sandbars glow like powdered pearl. The Standard Cabin, though not the largest, felt spacious with its high ceilings and natural linen drapes. What stood out was the kitchen’s attention to dietary nuance—daily fresh juices without added sugar, light coconut curries, and perfectly ripe fruit platters. We skipped the Komodo trek—opting instead for a gentle paddle around Loh Liang’s mangroves, spotting monitor lizards from a respectful distance. The crew never treated me as 'delicate,' just as a guest with preferences, which I appreciated. One night, the generator hummed louder than usual—just enough to notice through the bulkhead—but it ceased by dawn. The real luxury was the silence between engine notes: just water, wind, and the occasional call of a white-bellied sea eagle. For a babymoon, Catnazse offered privacy without isolation, serenity without stagnation.
Service, food, navigation—all on point. Aku bahkan sempat pakai library onboard, ada buku tentang marine biodiversity yang sangat informative.

Private Moment di Long Beach
So emotional. Tapi overall, attention to detail sangat tinggi—bantal extra, sunscreen di cabin, sampai note ucapan selamat pagi. Aku dari Yogyakarta, tapi feel-nya jauh dari keramaian—bener-bener sanctuary.

Silent Nights off Kanawa
As a solo traveler, I’m wary of forced camaraderie. Catnazse Liveboard offered community without pressure. The common areas are well-zoned—reading corners, a shaded stern lounge, an upper deck for stargazing. We dived Kanawa’s north wall, where the coral was dense and the fish life astonishing: a manta passed within meters. The dive guides were knowledgeable but never showy. Evenings were spent with quiet conversation or solitude. One night, anchored between Kanawa and Nusa Kode, the generator shut down early, leaving only the sound of waves. It was sublime. The Master Suite had excellent ventilation and a rainfall shower. My only note: the cabin minibar was limited. But the crew gladly fetched chilled wine from the main fridge. This wasn’t luxury as excess. It was luxury as ease.

Solo Trip, Full Recharge
Setelah burnout kerja, aku butuh escape. Ke Loh Liang buat lihat Komodo dragon—very humbling, they’ve been here way before us. Gili Lawa untuk snorkeling—visibility perfect, banyak ikan berwarna-warni. Kabin Standard Cabin simple tapi clean, AC-nya kenceng. Makanan sangat fresh—seafood baru ditangkep, dimasak same day.

Komodo’s Wild Heart, Seen from the Deck
I’ve sailed French Polynesia and the Seychelles, but nothing prepared me for the raw energy of Komodo from the deck of the Catnazse Liveboard. We timed our trip for the mantas, and Manta Point didn’t disappoint—one glided so close I saw the scar on its wing, a story written in white lines. The boat itself is a study in understated luxury: hand-planed wood, silent winches, and a galley that turns out ceviche with lime zest so fresh it tingles. We spent an afternoon at Pink Beach, where the sand’s hue comes from foraminifera—our guide explained it while we sipped coconut water. The Standard Cabin was more than adequate—memory foam mattress, blackout curtains, and a shower with actual pressure. One night, we anchored near Taka Makassar, and I fell asleep to the sound of waves tapping the hull. My only note? The binoculars in the common area could use an upgrade—they fogged at dawn. But that didn’t stop me from spotting a sailboat on the horizon at sunrise, a speck in an endless blue.
