For serious divers, boat comfort sering jadi secondary. Not here. Lalunia Phinisi strikes the balance: dive-ready facilities dengan kenyamanan ala boutique hotel. We did four dives in two days—Castle Rock, Sebayur, and dua di sekitar Kalong. Manta sighting at north point? Unbelievable. Boat’s compressor is top-tier, fills tanks in under 10 minutes. Kabin aku di deck bawah, agak panas tapi AC cepat merata. Satu improvement: lebih banyak shade di dive deck—sun exposure bisa intense. Our dive group dari Kalimantan, and we demanded reliability. Lalunia Phinisi delivered—especially at Castle Rock, where we saw white tip reef sharks and huge tuna. The dive master was ex-Indonesia Navy, sangat safety-conscious. Boatnya stabil, gak goyang meski ombak 2 meter. Equipment storage sangat rapi, dan oxygen kit tersedia. Kita juga mampir ke Pink Beach for a quick dip—pasirnya unik banget, natural dan gak overcrowded. Satu hal: lebih banyak briefing time for new divers would help. Tapi overall, this is the most premium diving experience in Komodo. Even the towels are monogrammed. Worth every penny.

Our anniversary aboard Lalunia Phinisi was everything we hoped—intimate, uncontrived. The boat’s design favours quiet elegance: hand-planed decks, linen napkins, no gold plating. We spent a morning at Crystal Rock, diving along a reef wall where reef sharks patrolled below. Later, we anchored at Manjarite, where the water turned mercury in the late light. The cabin had a private outdoor shower—simple, but magical under the stars. Dinner one night was set up on Bidadari Beach: candlelit, barefoot, with grilled lobster and local wine. The crew were present but never intrusive, a rare balance. One note: the sound insulation between cabins is moderate—we heard footsteps, but nothing disruptive. What stood out was the absence of script. No forced activities, no 'experience packages'. Just sea, time, and each other. That’s the kind of luxury money rarely buys.
