Explore the magical islands you will visit aboard Behike Phinisi. Each stop offers a unique adventure from pink beaches to dragon encounters.
KELOR ISLAND
Ancient sailors called it "The Guardian." Dutch colonials built watchtowers on its crown. Local legend says it's a giant sea turtle turned to stone. A 20-minute climb rewards you with 360° views of dragon territories. The coral gardens below hide patrolling sea turtles in crystal shallows.
MANJERITE
Every sunset, tens of thousands of flying foxes launch from mangroves, creating a black river across orange skies. Ancient sea nomads believed these bats carried souls to the afterlife. Watch from your deck at 17:30. The sky will erupt. You'll forget to breathe.
PADAR ISLAND
Three crescent bays—turquoise, cobalt, jade—curve around dragon-spine ridges. Legend says a dragon princess died here protecting her brothers. Her body became the ridgeline. Her tears became three seas. The 30-minute climb is ruthless, but every explorer says: "I can die now."
PINK BEACH
One of only seven pink beaches on Earth. Microscopic red coral creates a rose-gold blush. Sailors once feared it was cursed by dragon blood. The reef drops from knee-deep to 50 meters—turtles, reef sharks, and octopi patrol waters so clear you'll think you're dreaming.
KOMODO ISLAND
Ground zero. The throne. Komodo dragons—largest lizards on Earth, unchanged for 4 million years. They sprint 20 km/h, kill with venom-laced bites. Trek with armed rangers. Watch them sun like kings. Feel evolution stare back. This isn't a zoo. It's their Kingdom
TAKA MAKASSAR
A sandbar that emerges at low tide, then disappears beneath waves. Sea nomads called it "Ghost Island"—a resting place for ocean spirits. Stand in the middle of the ocean with ankle-deep water. Snorkel where the island vanishes. Your private Maldives, but only for 2 hours.
MANTA POINT
A submerged pinnacle where currents collide, creating a cleaning station for manta rays with 7-meter wingspans. Divers call them "Royal Stingrays"—reincarnated ocean kings. The taboo: look, never touch. Watch them barrel-roll beneath you. Swimming with mantas IS your bucket list.
GILI LAWA
Twin islands—Lawa Darat and Lawa Laut—frame the golden highway between sky and sea. Ancient traders navigated by these peaks. At sunrise, watch the world ignite from savannah ridges. At sunset, the sky bleeds into three shades of fire. The 30-minute trek is steep, but the 360° view makes kings jealous.
SLABA ISLAND
Slaba rises like a fortress from deep blue—a volcanic dome crowned with savannah where white-bellied sea eagles hunt. Bajo fishermen call it "Pulau Rajawali" (Eagle Island), believing the birds are guardians of hidden treasures below. Dive the walls where currents deliver big fish, sharks, and swirling barracuda. Above: eagles. Below: an underwater avalanche of life.
SEBAYUR ISLAND
Sebayur guards one of Komodo's best-kept secrets: untouched coral gardens teeming with life. While others chase dragons, divers chase legends here—pygmy seahorses, ghost pipefishes, and macro critters hiding in soft coral forests. The bay is a natural aquarium. The hillside trek offers sunrise views without the Padar crowds.
KANAWA ISLAND
While crowds chase Pink Beach, explorers slip to Kanawa—pristine coral reefs, zero crowds. Fishermen once avoided it, believing the Sea Goddess protected these waters. The reef here is 80% live coral. Turtles nest on beaches. Blacktip sharks patrol shallows. This is the Komodo nobody talks about.
SABOLO ISLAND (RANGKO CAVE)
Hidden in Sabolo's limestone cliffs lies Rangko Cave—a saltwater cavern illuminated by a ceiling skylight. Sunbeams pierce the darkness, turning water neon blue. Local legend says bathing here grants courage to face dragons. Swim through the entrance tunnel. Surface inside the cathedral. Float in liquid sapphire while light dances on ancient rock.
BIDADARI ISLAND
Bidadari" means angel in Indonesian. One glance explains why. Powdery white sand. Turquoise shallows. Zero crowds. Fishermen say angels rest here between monsoons, leaving footprints in the sand that waves erase by dawn. Snorkel the fringing reef where baby blacktips patrol. This is your castaway fantasy—pristine, peaceful, perfect.

Setelah kehilangan ayah bulan lalu, I needed a quiet place to breathe. Behike Phinisi became my sanctuary. Saya sendiri, no kids, no meetings. The crew sensed my mood — never too talkative, tapi always there when needed. Mereka bahkan prepare a small platter of my favorite, pisang goreng, without me asking. Snorkeling di Sebayur memberi sense of peace — ikan-ikan berenang pelan, terumbu karang masih sehat. Saya banyak duduk di bow, menulis di journal. Kabin Standard Cabin simple tapi cozy, dan linen-nya soft. Tidur malam sangat nyenyak. Cuma, tidak ada kopi espresso machine — cuma French press, which I actually grew to appreciate.

I proposed to my fiancée at Pink Beach — thanks to Behike Phinisi for making it flawless. Captain helped us time the visit saat crowd sudah pulang, dan crew setup private dinner with flower petals and candlelight. This boat doesn’t just transport you — it holds space for moments that matter.

As a landscape and underwater photographer, Behike Phinisi was a dream platform. 6D5N itinerary covered Taka Makassar, Rinca, dan Bidadari Beach — all photogenic. I shot wide-angle reef scenes dan macro of nudibranchs. Crew provided rinse tank for gear dan storage in shaded area. Master Suite has large windows — great for golden hour cabin shots. Breakfast dan dinner settings sangat aesthetic, with natural wood tableware. Snorkeling guide sangat knowledgeable, pointing out pygmy seahorse near Batu Bolong. Hanya saja, no dedicated photo editing room, tapi I worked from cabin with decent power outlets. Komodo Island trek was challenging under midday sun, tapi vista dari atas worth every drop of sweat. Malam terakhir, captain allowed drone launch from stern — captured epic night sky timelapse. Very professional operation. This boat respects creative travelers.

Sebagai food enthusiast, saya sangat menilai dining experience. Behike Phinisi exceeded — every meal felt like fine dining with ocean view. Kita singgah di Taka Makassar dan Rinca Island. Di Taka, crew prepare fresh grilled squid caught that morning, served with sambal matah. Brilliant touch. Kabin Standard Cabin cukup nyaman, tapi I wish there was a minibar. Air conditioning works well, and blackout curtains make for deep sleep. Crew sangat humble — head chef even shared one recipe for spiced coconut broth. Satu-satunya challenge: signal untuk work calls sangat limited, tapi honestly, it forced me to disconnect. Not overly fancy, tapi authentic dan warm. The balance between adventure and indulgence was just right.

Güverte alanları geniş, herkesin space’i vardı.
