毎年のセルフケアとして、Teman Liveaboardでwellness retreatを過ごした。50歳の節目、心身ともにresetしたかった。Kalong Islandの夕暮れ、無数のコウモリが飛び立つ静けさに、思わず瞑想状態に入った。Batu Bolongのダイビングポイントでは、水流に乗って漂う感覚が、まるでyin yogaのようだった。船内はminimal yet luxuriousで、自然素材のインテリアが心を落ち着かせる。朝はヨガデッキでsunrise session、その後のブレックファストはorganic食材のビュッフェ。アーユルヴェーダトリートメントも可能で、ナースが毎日チャクラチェックをしてくれたのが心強かった。唯一、アフタヌーンティのスイーツがもう少し軽めだと理想的。でもそれがまた、perfectなバランスなのかもしれない。Komodo Islandでのトレッキングは適度なチャレンジがあり、達成感も。スタッフが常に距離感を保ちつつ気を配ってくれる、それがTemanの真のluxuryだと思う。次回は、one more dayの延長を検討中。
Healing in the middle of the ocean
After a tough year, I booked a solo wellness retreat on Teman Liveaboard—and it was exactly what my soul needed. Meditation at sunrise, journaling with ocean breeze, and deep tissue massage on deck. The silence at Manta Point? Healing. I felt completely detached from chaos. Teman’s minimal design and wood-heavy interior create such a calming vibe. They even offer herbal compress therapy and turmeric lattes in the evening. Snorkeling di Pink Beach bikin saya feel childlike again—so playful dan colorful. One small thing: the yoga mat agak thin, bawa sendiri next time. But honestly, the energy on this boat is pure serenity. This isn’t just a trip—it’s a reset. Saya pulang dengan hati lebih ringan.
Un'esperienza di lusso autentico nel cuore del Komodo
Non cercavo semplicemente un liveaboard, ma un vero e proprio sanctuary in mezzo al mare – e Teman Liveaboard ha superato ogni aspettativa. Come solista appassionata di fotografia e benessere, ho trovato nell’itinerario tra Gili Lawa e Batu Bolong l’equilibrio perfetto tra avventura subacquea e tranquillità rigenerante. La master suite, pur essendo elegante e spaziosa, avrebbe potuto avere un po’ più di privacy rispetto al ponte superiore, ma il comfort e il design scandinavo del resto della barca compensano ampiamente. Ogni pasto era una delizia curata dallo chef, con ingredienti locali che esaltavano il territorio. Il team è stato discrete ma attentissimo, sempre pronti a organizzare un drone shot al tramonto o una sessione di yoga al mattino sulla prua. Ciò che rende Teman davvero unico è l’atmosfera: nonostante il lusso, non c’è ostentazione. È un’esperienza intima, quasi personale, adatta tanto a famiglie con ragazzi quanto a chi cerca un wellness retreat. Nuotare tra i current di Batu Bolong, poi, rimarrà uno dei momenti più emozionanti del mio viaggio. Il silenzio del mare di notte, dopo una giornata tra snorkeling e pause meditative a Kalong Island, ha un valore inestimabile. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un mix di avventura soft e raffinatezza senza fronzoli.

Fiz o Teman Liveaboard logo após um período intenso de trabalho, buscando um wellness retreat de verdade — não só ioga e sucos, mas imersão. O phinisi entregou. A energia da tripulação é acolhedora sem ser efusiva, o que ajudou muito na desaceleração. Acordávamos com sun salutations no deck principal, com vista para as formações rochosas de Batu Bolong. O snorkel ali foi surpreendente: corais saudáveis, cardumes densos. Em Padar Island, fizemos o trek ao amanhecer; o contraste entre as praias brancas e o verde-ocre das colinas é surreal — valeu o esforço. As cabines são silenciosas, o que é raro em barcos desse porte, e a cama king size na suite deluxe fez minhas noites de sono serem profundas, algo raro para mim. O único ponto de melhoria? Gostaria de mais um dia no itinerário; sentir saudade do mar já no embarque em Labuan Bajo mostra que algo está certo. O jantar de cinco tempos com vinho harmonizado foi elegante, mas sem pretensão — como tudo a bordo. O Teman entende que luxury, de verdade, é fluir.

Teman Liveaboard: Intimate Luxury di Tengah Laut Flores
Baru saja kembali dari anniversary trip 4 hari dengan Teman Liveaboard, dan honestly, the balance between elegance and adventure was perfect. Kami berhenti di Gili Lawa dan Long Beach — sunrise di Gili Lawa itu seperti painting, the colors just exploded across the sky. Teman sendiri, meskipun phinisi built in 2017, interiornya masih terasa very contemporary, especially the teak detailing. I loved how the crew anticipated needs tanpa terasa intrusive. Dinda, our guide, sangat knowledgeable soal marine life di Batu Bolong. Snorkeling di sana? Mind-blowing. Coral health-nya jauh lebih baik daripada yang saya lihat di Raja Ampat tahun lalu. Hanya satu hal kecil: wifi di tengah laut memang limited, tapi to be fair, that’s part of the disconnect we needed. Would’ve loved one more night — 5 days would’ve felt even more unhurried.

À la recherche d’un true wellness retreat loin des circuits habituels, j’ai opté pour le Teman Liveaboard après une recommandation discrète d’un ami de Genève. Ce phinisi de 36 mètres, construit en 2017, incarne une élégance sobre — bois sombres, lin naturel, et un service silencieux mais toujours anticipé. Avec seulement 5 cabines, le cadre est intimiste, idéal pour notre groupe de yoga et méditation. L’itinéraire nous a menés à Sebayur Island, où le snorkeling dans les courants doux a offert une rencontre presque théâtrale avec des tortues et une myriade de poissons-clowns. Le lendemain, Manta Point s’est révélé spectaculaire — j’ai réussi un drone shot parfait au lever du soleil, les ailerons se découpant dans la lumière rasante. La master suite, bien que compacte, propose un confort rare : literie en coton égyptien, salle de bain en pierre sèche, et une ventilation naturelle bien pensée. Seul bémol : le wifi, inexistant — mais après tout, n’était-ce pas l’objectif ? Notre guide, formé à Rinca Island, partageait des anecdotes sur les Komodos avec une précision scientifique rare. Ce genre d’expérience ne se programme pas ; elle se vit, en silence, parfois les pieds dans l’eau, un thé matcha à portée de main. J’aurais aimé une journée de plus — le rythme lent devient une forme de sagesse.

上個月在Teman Liveaboard慶祝40歲生日，真的是一場perfect的reset。從Batu Bolong浮潛開始，水流輕推著身體，珊瑚群落健康得像教科書，海龜悠然掠過，那一刻突然懂了什麼叫flow state。第二天清晨到Padar Island登頂，日光剛好灑在三灣地貌上，導遊用drone shot幫我錄了一段極簡風格的vlog，成了這趟milestone trip最珍貴的memory。船上的master suite雖不大，但柚木細節與通風設計很印尼工藝，私密感足夠。早餐的laksa配現切芒果很local，但若能多些gluten-free選項就更貼心。與其說是dive trip，我更覺得這是一場移動的wellness retreat——每天傍晚在甲板做yoga，海面平得像鏡子，連思緒都被撫平。Wi-Fi訊號偶爾飄忽，但說實在，誰需要回email呢？唯一的小遺憾是itinerary太緊湊，若能多延一天停泊Manjarite，讓我在沙洲上發呆一下午，可能更能消化這份寧靜。Teman團隊的服務低調卻精準，連我隨口提的椰子油偏好，隔天房內就備好了。高齡生日要的不是喧鬧，而是這樣的質感時光。

Fotografar o Komodo do jeito certo
Levei minha equipe de fotografia de vida selvagem comigo, e a Teman Liveaboard provou ser o suporte ideal para uma expedição séria. O barco é pequeno o suficiente para ser ágil — chegamos a Rinca Island antes dos turistas do dia — e grande o suficiente para ter estabilidade no mar aberto. O deck traseiro virou nosso staging area: espaço para gear, carregadores e até um cooler com drinks gelados entre os takes. Capturamos um drone shot incrível de Taka Makassar ao amanhecer, com os tons de azul turquesa e verde-esmeralda se misturando. O staff entendeu rapidamente nosso ritmo: silencioso, focado, mas sempre prontos com apoio logístico. O único ponto para melhorar? A iluminação no salão noturno é um pouco fraca para edição pesada, mas usamos nossos próprios LEDS. O jantar no deck sob as estrelas, com um sunset show em Kanawa Island ao fundo, foi cinematográfico. Se você quer luxury sem perder a essência do selvagem, esse é o itinerário. Sem dúvida, a melhor base flutuante do parque.

Ein perfekter Mix aus Abenteuer und Luxus
Die Teman Liveaboard hat unsere Erwartungen als Gruppe von Freunden weit übertroffen. Schon beim Betreten des 36-Meter-Phinisi-Yachts spürt man die Eleganz – das master suite mit seiner raumhohen Fensterfront ist einfach atemberaubend. Unser itinerar führte uns von Taka Makassar bis nach Padar Island, wo wir bei Sonnenaufgang eine atemberaubende drone shot-Aufnahme machen konnten. Die Crew war professionell, fast schon intuitiv – Kaffee kam genau dann, wenn man ihn brauchte. Was uns besonders beeindruckte, war die Balance zwischen Aktivität und Entspannung: Schnorcheln am Crystal Rock, dann wieder Zeit zum Lesen auf dem sun deck. Einzig der Sound beim Abendessen war manchmal etwas zu dominant – aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Als HNW-Reisende schätzen wir Diskretion, Qualität und Details, und genau das liefert Teman Liveaboard. Selbst der Wein war von überraschend hohem Niveau. Für einen friends getaway oder sogar einen exklusiven corporate retreat ist dieses Schiff absolut first choice.
